Karla Head Ive never wrote a review before but I had to this time. A few weeks ago I picked my mother up from a local nursing home there in Marseilles and was taking her back to live with me in WI. and I wanted to treat her to some special treatment so we went and had her hair cut and when I mentioned having her nails painted the girl at Cost Cutters said to go down the strip there to Lavi Spa. It was closing time but when I explained to the woman who (from my understanding) is the new owner that I just wanted to get my moms nails painted she said "come on in and we will take care of her". Well not only did the woman paint my moms nails, but she sat there and took her time listening to my mom repeat herself many times (she has short term memory loss) over and listened. She was absolutely wonderful to my mother!!!! Even though my mom doesnt really remember that day; she sure remembers "the sweet little woman who painted her nails so pretty" for her. There are many people in this profession (I know because I regularly get my nails done in WI) that do your nails, take your money and out the door you go. NOT THIS PLACE. I can not say enough for the way this woman treated my mom. She was such a joy. So God Bless this salon and I wish you MUCH success. You deserve it. Thanks from Appleton, Wisconsin!

J M The service wasnt good, I got a mani pedi, and it was 45 and then all of a sudden it went to $78. I couldve gotten my hair done for that and all I got was gel polish and nails. I am livid. You bet youre a** I didnt give a tip either. The heels of my feet look like they werent even done.. I will NEVER go back there. Id like to know why I was charged an extra $33 to what I was originally told. Im on vacation from Las Vegas and pay way less out there.

Rachel Dutton This location has new owners!! I quit going to this nail place years ago due to the awful service and rude staff. However, I gave them another chance a couple days ago. They told me 15 minute wait. I agreed to wait. It was a 15 minute wait not a 30 minute wait, that was more than common with the previous owners. My pedicure is perfect and my paint only manicure is the best I have ever had. I will be back.

Maddie G Tracy is phenomenal! I have gotten my nails done by her three times now and each time they have looked amazing. She is also very nice! I highly recommend this salon (especially if you like getting designs!).

Marissa Starsiak This salon always impresses me, I show them a picture of a design and they always do a great job, and not to mention they are very affordable compared to other salons I’ve been to! Highly recommend!

N L It is sooooo filthy. Why is the health dept not looking into this? You could have infections, the layer of dust on the TV hanging on the ceiling is appalling. The dust and spills behind the pedi chairs is an absolute disgrace !!!! We went this week and their kid was annoying everyone, hitting the nail techs, messing with our services ,being a brat!!!!! Tracey wasnt watching him. We spent $120 and couldnt fully enjoy it. Not happy at all. Will not ever go back.

Casey And Izzys Adventures I do not recommend this salon. I went in before Christmas time with a specific look in mind for color and came out with an awful job. My hair lost color in less than a week and that’s with one wash with cold water. I called racheal to let her know I was very unhappy with the job she did and she didn’t call back. Worst part is she charged $150 dollars for a red color that was supposed to be vibrant maybe she needed the money more then I did even though I’m a single mom on dialysis. She only left it in my hair for maybe 16 minutes the first time and it didn’t even take She was going to send me home with a discolored head. I insisted on adding more and she slopped on more color for 12 more minutes. I went to the beauty school of Peru and was charged half the job and they took two hours to get the job done right the first time. Left me gorgeous and exactly how I wanted. I was ripped off the first time, so I suggest everyone try out the beauty school of Peru my friend took me to. They know what they’re doing. What’s that saying? Do onto others…

Brie Manahan Told the man I wanted pink cow print as a French tip and gave these 2 pictures for reference he kept screwing up to the point I was late to my appointment and had to come back to wait for an hour since he wouldn’t give a refund after saying he would if he took my nails off but another woman said no full refunds only $10 after I paid $60 also still wouldn’t do designed asked for

Ivy Lei I’ve heard great things about this nail salon so I decided to give it a go since the salon I normally go to messed up my nails and didn’t want to do anything about it, yet I paid full price as if they were done correctly. Idk first names but the guy with the tattoos did an amazing job on my nails. I was also impressed with the amount of time he did them when the other place can take upwards of an hour and a half on my nails, he did in 30 minutes. A half hour is much more appealing than 90 minutes, especially when sometimes you have to bring your toddler with you. A few days later, I accidentally broke a nail from my natural nail being weak and brittle and they had no problems standing by their work and fixing it free of charge. Very friendly staff and wonderful service. I already have my second appointment booked with them at the end of the month.

Vicki Heath As I entered the shop I was welcomed in with friendly greetings. It was no problem I didn’t have an appointment, just a 5-10 minute wait. Pauline was so kind and did a great job on my nails. She was very kind, gentle, and efficient!

Em Lee They always do a great job with my nails, and tbe pedicures are super good too. My grandpa always gets all the girls gift cards for Christmas there. The service is amazing, they are always really friendly and make sure the nails are what i want.

Jill Thorp I have been going to this salon for years & have always loved it until today. Picked out the color I wanted, which was blue & I got purple. I could have gotten by w/the polish but asked 2 or 3 times for rounded nails, got square. Has always been a pleasant experience going there because they were so funny, talkative & made you feel special. Today no one talked to me & I did not feel special. Unfortunately I wont be going back there. Am very disappointed & they lost a good customer.

Taylor Save your money & go elsewhere. 1 pedicure, 2 full sets. Was told the full sets would be $55 each. I was charged $220 total. Not sure where that price came from but they clearly aren’t transparent about pricing. This was my inspo and this is what I got. Literally horrible!!!! Nails are so uneven, bumps throughout the nail and my cuticles weren’t touched. My daughter’s nails turned out ok. They did not follow our requests of keeping her nails short. My pedicure was roughly 15 min long, no soak, very minimal effort & I still left with rough heels.

Dalila Rosales I drove 40-45 minutes to come and get my nails done, originally I thought that they were cute however after getting home and looking at them more I realized that they had left a glob of acrylic on my bottom of my pinky nail making it look and feel out of place. The lady who was doing a fair amount of my nails was on and off the phone twice (this did not bother me but if you are in a rush its preferable to not have a distracted nail tech) on the other hand she burned me twice with the drill and made my nails slanted. Around 24 hours after having my nails done 2 of them started lifting in the front and one fell off and another had chipping polish. The people are all around nice and my nails looked fine but they are not strong enough at all. The 60 bucks and long drive were not worth the nails.

Heather Hammerich-Taylor I’m used to larger city nail salons and hadn’t had much luck here. I took a chance coming here after a couple bad experiences in Streator. I haven’t been in the area for many years and really had no idea where to go to fix the mess my nails were. Lily worked her magic. I was so happy after the visit! I have been back since and happy with other techs as well as pedi. I’m picky. They listen and work is great. Pics included from my last visit. Springing into spring with some chrome that goes with everything. Just like the pic I showed him :) what I asked for = what I got

angela waldroup First time coming here and I absolutely love them. As a truck driver I get my nails done all over the place and this place right here will now be a regular spot for me. The people are amazing and take their time to make sure you get what you want.
