2 /5 bonnie: First time trying this place out.. called to see if they accept walk ins. The lady said yes asked what I was getting done Itold her it was for 3 ladies as well as what were getting. She tell me 230. We get there 10 minutes early and its still packed mind you its mothers day so I understand they were busy. What I dont understand is why they kept telling people come back in 30 minute increments. Working on me and leaving to go work on 2 other people! When you ask your technician and show her what design and how I wanted my full set done and she says yes she can do that and the end result is NOTHING like the picture.. no! My daughter wasnt thrilled about her new set. My nails didnt get the attention they deserved and it shows! 4 days with a fresh set of gel polish and they look like I had them for weeks! I wont be returning!

1 /5 Mary McCarthy: Went in for my first manicure and didn’t know exactly what I needed to ask for. We got started and I said to cut my nails short as I thought that we’d put the fake nails on top. When he start to paint a clear layer I asked if we were not putting longer nails on. He said I would have needed to ask for a full set at the beginning. Not thrilled with the lack of explaining when I said it was my first manicure ( I get pedicures all the time). He didn’t even put lotion on my hands and do a massage. The paint job isn’t the best either. He just told me we were done after I washed my nails didn’t even ask did I like it. I’ve never had a pedicure where they didn’t ask of it looked alright and if I was satisfied. I will not be going back.

5 /5 Julia Filipowska: Called ahead for an appointment which I would recommend doing! The man doing my nails (didn’t get his name) was so sweet and paid very close attention to the details. I’m very picky when I get my nails done and I am super happy with how mine came out!!

5 /5 Berry: Liked the lady that made my nails. She seemed friendly. She did exactly what I wanted. Though I witnessed some unhappy customers coming back to complain about the nails they made a day before by another nail tech. So I’ll advise people to be particular about who you would want to make your nails.

1 /5 Jenn Luckman: I came here because I broke a nail on a day my normal salon is closed and I needed my nails looking nice asap. I knew I’d have to get a whole new set, I get dip nails. I had to get the current set soaked off first and the man doing it already pulls out the drill and cut me. Then, I got passed to the only other person working, who proceeded to cut me 6 out of 10 nails. Only one was even acknowledged. They’re cut too short, they’re chunky, they’re not the cut I asked for. I’ll read more reviews the next time I’m in a pinch.
