Jaelan Sellars I have called several times to make an appointment with no answer or call back. I have tried to schedule on line but no luck. I have two gift cards that need to be used. I also dont live in the area so I just cant walk in. I am hoping this grabs their attention so they can be more aware. Hoping to get scheduled soon.

KJH Ive never left a visit with Lacey that I dont feel amazingly relaxed. She knows exactly how to pull the stress right out of my neck and shoulders. The scent of the lotion, the music and lighting all serve to take you away from the real world while youre there♡ If I ever win the lottery Ill go every day!! Jk but it would be tempting. Cant wait for my next session.

Brian Camp Katie is a vet and great at what she does. This was myb1st visit to her but proved she had the ability to work on muscular clients. She is able to apply the right pressure adequately throughout the entire massage. She is a knowledgeable qnd professional. They offer many great services at this location. I look forward to trying.

Meredith Vogel-Thomas I have used massage and bodywork as a recovery and maintenance tool with varying degrees of success over the last 20 years. That is, until I found Juniper by Hannah Pate. I have never met a practitioner with her skill, knowledge and passion. By carving out time once a month to invest in myself, I am also investing in Hannah’s business in downtown Jacksonville. It’s a win-win situation that yields incredible dividends for my mind, body and community.

Melissa Stock Laura is amazing on coloring my hair! Super happy with her and with the results every time!

Brittany Anders Staff is always friendly, nice selection of tanning lotion products. Lots of different beds to choose from. Early bird special (1/2 price single session) every morning, before 10 I believe.

Nancy Tobin A Hair Company salon is where I have gone for years because the experience of the beauticians is fantastic. They are always up to date on the latest styles. Since the new owner Lisa Feller took the shop over it is so comfortable and beautiful inside. Lisa Feller is also a wonderful nail technician and so gentle, she has never hurt me and the place is so clean I dont have to worry about fungus.

Rebecca McCue Gina Bolton is a great stylist, very reasonable prices, $18 for a haircut, $65 for cut, color and highlight

Savannah Kassy did an amazing job. She did exactly what I asked for! Best haircut Ive ever had. The atmosphere was great, made me feel comfortable.

Susie Dalton Hubby gave me a spa day here for Christmas…. 3 hours of pure bliss! I had a pedicure, facial and hot stone massage! Cassie is fantastic! I felt immediately at home and have made an appoint to get my hair done!

Patti Saxer Tracie is fabulous!!! I have problems with my back and she does a wonderful job with massages. She has had a lot of extra training beyond the normal and is very willing to help with emergent problems when I do things I shouldn’t. She does normal, hot rock massages and also does cupping. I won’t go without one on a monthly basis.

Amanda W Whitney is a great stylist. She cuts my hair and keeps me looking my best. Shes THE BEST with my 3 year old son too. He used to hate haircuts until he started seeing Whitney.

jean ruiz I have never been so pleased with a haircut and style. I am from out of town and finding a great place is a huge shot in the dark. I was listened to and offered great suggestions. I will be back as often as I can.

Tom Spinella I live in Chicago and I come to Jacksonville and On The Cutting Edge to get my hair cut. Laura, my stylist, is a very laid-back lady, but a skilled artist. I get my ears lowered and my spirits lifted here.

Jeri Slaughter Amy Foiles cuts, perms and colors my hair and I recommend her highly!!! She also does nails and eyebrow waxing.

Beverly Murrow My daughter and 2 of her really good friends went in as partners the buy the salon it was a meet and greet yesterday and they had an amazing turn out. I recommend if you get a chance check it out. These young ladies have had most of their clients follow them wherever the went....

Samantha Balcom I had service scheduled for not only myself but my entire bridal party and our experience was phenomenal! All the ladies had a wonderful time enjoying themselves! Not one complaint from myself or any of my girls! The stylists were very professional and accommodating to all the girls individually. An we’re great conversationalists! Highly recommend their services!

Polly Mowry Megan has been doing my hair for a few years. She is fantastic! I don’t just trust anyone to take care of my hair. She is easy to work with and explains everything. And is always up for trying my many new hair color requests.

Caidi B I’m a 15 year old girl and I got my nails done at Alan’s for homecoming 9-19-24 and the service wasn’t the greatest, all of my nails are uneven, the lady doing my nails kept smacking my hands and was just overall rude, she seemed like she didn’t care about what she was doing. Scottie seemed very nice but the lady doing my nails was not. I have 2 nails that are two entirely different lengths, my nails are very sore because she kept scraping my skin instead of my nails.

Rayne D. Excellent service, efficent, and quick. Building was clean, following ppe, Allan was polite, my nails are gorgeous, my satisfaction immense. Ill be back. The girl who did my nails at station 3 didnt introduce herself so i cant thank her. T name, but she is a treasure.

Abby Christison My daughter and I went and got our nails done on April 2nd and the man doing my nails cut me several times and didn’t care that he was because he kept doing after I told him he was cutting me while filing my nails and did a horrible job with the dip, and the lady next to him doing my daughters nails refused to put color the color she wanted on her nails Saying she didn’t have that color which they did bc she had picked that color out on the nail color sample board, she left my daughters clear and messed up the design horribly, not to mention she cut my daughters finger really bad but yet acted like she didn’t do anything and kept going so we will never be going back, I’ve went plenty of times in the past and had no problems. That place has went down hill. I wouldn’t even give it a star in my opinion but I can only do 1 star.

Kalli Avera I love this salon! I have been looking for a new salon lately since i dont have one in the area, and this one is perfect. all the nail techs and employees are polite and sweet. they also actually do a full manicure and cut your cuticles and make sure your nails look perfect (which some salons do not really do anymore). i will def be coming back to this salon :)

Chaylynn Pratt I had just about given up on finding somewhere to do a GOOD acrylic set, who also understood me. After a poor experience in the past and going other places and still not being very impressed, I came back here and Im so happy I did. Sandy did a PHENOMENAL job on my nails and there was no communication barrier. Frankly her attention to detail is superior to any tech ive seen in the 15+ years Ive been getting my nails done.

Lisa Bishop This was my first time to the salon. Very friendly and the young lady had a gentle touch on my feet and nails. Not sure why my pedicure was $45, but I didn’t question it. It was nice to have my feet and legs massaged and my toenails tamed. My cost included the tip.

Autumn They’re so great gentle nice people they didn’t cut my nails all I would 10 out of 10 recommend to go here. I have been to every nail place around. I feel like even to Springfield and these people are really good. You should definitely go here.

My gel manicure was flawless—smooth, glossy, and long-lasting. The foot massage was super relaxing, and all tools were properly sanitized. Prices were reasonable, with great promotions. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and customer care. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends!

Excellent service, easy to get signed in. Seven was my nail tech. She was so gentle and did a phenomenal Job on my nail❤️ i highly recommended Seven. She did my nails exactly how I wanted them. 100/100

Rodney Sharrow went here for services for awhile nails and feet. After my last pedicure while I was there my toes had be filed to much were bleeding and red. When I got home my feet burned so badly. I couldn’t shower sleep etc I had to go to primary doctor and be on meds. Overnight toes turned for the worse I had to go to urgent care where they did X-rays and labs because I had infection that settled in because bacteria got in. I then was set up with podotary services. Because my toes are still not all healed and the reason why is because they said I got chemical burns from the pedicure and they also said that my toes are injured so badly that we have to watch for fungus because they over filed the nails and they used the drill tool on my toe nails injuring them. The emotional stress I have endured is unsettling the bills so far are well over 500$ and that is without the podiatrist bill. My toes have a long journey before they heal all the way. I didn’t return for services because of this. This is Tammy and I want you to know this is not okay and no one should ever have this happen. I could have lost my toe. I have been one two antibiotics and may have to have the toenail removed in May. Daily we have to watch for infection fungus etc. who is going to make this right. I have my bills and I have documented pictures and doctors letters and notes stating this was from a pedicure at your establishment. I had a lot of people encourage me to speak up. When I seen the other girl on here with her toes doing the same as mine I cried because this should not have happened to no one. What are you going to do to make this right for two people who got injured at your spa you have my number I will wait for someone to make this right because the pain emotionally and physically is not okay. My toes will be along time before they are healed completely. And I pray I don’t get fungus over a workers negligence. I decided to come forward so you would know what is happening and that it’s serious issue. If no one cares about what happened to me or another customer that says a lot about your character. Also my nails were evualted and thank god I had them off and looked at after my toes. As they had been over drilled and injured and were paper thin. I have had time to gather all my information and bills and pictures I have many pictures and if someone does not try and come up with compensation for the medical pain and bills I will call state board and lawyer. Because I realized today after speaking with someone very smart that this is not okay and that I have been to nice about this. I spoke with someone when asked why I was not there for a appointment and told them why and no one tried to say sorry or call me back. Shows me how the employees are not a good thing for business to not care about customers Services Pedicure
