5 /5 hannah turner: It was my first time doing anything to my hair and my first time meeting Raegen Wilson and it felt like we’ve been friends forever lol! She made the whole process so comfortable and relaxing. I had no clue what to do other than I wanted it lighter she specializes in blondes so I trusted her and I’m so glad I did! She even gave me a discount since I’m a new client and also sent me home with testers of the hair mask she used so I could buy if I liked it 10/10 see you again soon Raegen❤️

1 /5 nicole szemiot: I am new to the area and went in for a blowout and a consultation for root touch up and extension move up. She seemed sure she could do the bleach touch up and and said there was bands she would fix that I didnt see. I was told I needed to get new extensions, and she will need to take them out everytime and reinstall them. I went there 2 weeks later for the appointment. She didnt use the right volume of bleach and replaced my full extensions with these flimsy, expensive ones which were not enough. I left with orange roots. Id rather have someone be upfront if they cant do something. I would call to have her fix it but there is no way in hell Im paying for a reinstall based on her screwing up the color. It was so expensive for no quality. I could have flown home and got my hair done and spent the same especially since I have to get a color correction done now. I am attaching 2 pictures the first is what am used to from my old stylist, the second is the hot root and thin extensions I got. If you like blorange this is the place for you.

On a personal note I just love how W&B encourages and invests in the creativity, individuality, and entrepreneurial spirit of their employees. Willow & Birch is more than a salon, it’s an experience.

5 /5 Carolyn Franke: I recently switched to this salon and my new hair stylist Reagen has completely transformed my hair and my look. I had dark brunette hair and she was able to perfectly match the lighter hair color and style I had in mind. Reagen provided great guidance and patience during the consultation process to understand how I wanted to change my hair. Additionally, all of the staff at this salon are super friendly and it is just a great environment to be able to relax and receive a great service. I would highly recommend Reagen and this salon to anyone looking for a new stylist!

5 /5 Jezmyn Thorpe: Reagan did awesome and love the work I’ve gotten done. The atmosphere is nice and calming, I like that I can have my privacy to either sit and relax or be on my phone while waiting for my hair to process. I also was able to take my kiddo with no stress which makes things so much easier.
