American Nails - belleville - Belleville mari Gon: Been here one time before with some friends to get nails done. A guy did our nails and did amazing!! Pricing, time, service everything was great. I decided to return to get my nails done and I had to wait over an hour before being seen. I finally was called by an older lady I believe her name was Nancy. I just wanted short plain nails 1 color and she told me it would be $45! She then proceeded to cut my real nails very short without asking. She put nails on and prepped them hurting me several times after I told her my nails were really fragile and thin. She was so rough for no reason. She told me wash my hands with only water.as if I didnt deserve the soap. When my hand were washed I noticed that my nails that were supposed to be smoothed ready to paint were rough with marks all over them like when she had first filed them. I brought that up and she acted bothered like nothing was wrong. I let her finish with nail polish. the clear coat wasnt applied evenly and I could clearly see that under the blue light. After she was done doing Polish she FILED THEM SOME MORE!! My nails ended up shorter than what she priced me , uneven and nails dont look fresh. She started my nails away from my cuticle and Im sure in a few days its going to look like I had these nails for a month and need a fill in. During the time my nails were getting painted she picked up a call and I heard a guy say hello and she said how can I help you , he asked her something and she just repeated herself then he said excuse me..are you there and she ignored him and he was trying to talk to her but she decided she wasnt going to respond and hung up on him, that is very rude! I would have hated that done to me as a client. I am very disappointed. I was nice , didnt have a attitude I only been there 1 previous time in which I was satisfied and tipped and feel she mistreated me this time. maybe even descriminated because I wasnt looking like the other fancy ladies in there getting better service. Im not saying I wouldnt recommend this place but I definitely DO NOT RECCOMEND HER. 4 stars for location 0 stars for her
