1 /5 Erma Shay: The service I received from the nail tech will forever leave me in disbelief. I never been to this salon so I wanted to check it out with an open mind and see if their work was as good as the person said who recommended me here . The shop had mainly manicures needing done and I asked for French tip , she did some thick and some thin then the polish messed up while it was “drying” . I asked the tech if she would mind fixing it she caught an attitude and also gave me the most disgusting facial expression ever. I felt so bad for having to ask her to fix it then she started scrubbing the polish off because she’s wasn’t doing it properly worst then the first time she did it since she had an attitude to begin with . I then told her she cause just polish the full toe instead since she was rushing and not wanting to do my nails correctly , that must have set her off she then slapped polish all over my toes I wish I had taken a picture. I was told it’s a up charge of 15 bucks to fix my nails. Yeah the list goes on I wouldn’t waist my time here . It was so embarrassing and I would NEVER provide anyone with such a attitude she held.

1 /5 Nisaa Branch: My pedicure was great. My nails (Dip) are horrid. On the 2 nd day of having my nails done they began to chip and change colors. The gentleman who did them did a horrible job and I will not return for future services.

1 /5 D.: Horrible experience! I have come to this location often and if I could give them less than one star I would. Nail tech did my pedicure in less than 15 min. She pulled out a drill and told me I did not have much skin on the bottom of my feet so she did one foot and not the other. I went back the next day to have the service redone. I was told I had to pay because they can not take money from one technician to give to the other. The second tech. didnt put lotion on my feet, she took my feet straight from the water and tried to apply polish after blotting them. I am aware that the trapped moisture can cause fungus and she was not going to apply a base coat. I very nicely asked if she could return my polish to me and I left. I will not be back. I can spend my money somewhere else with individuals that know the proper way to give customer service.

1 /5 Ms. Conway: Went in for a fill, 2 repairs, and a toenail Polish change. I was sat in a regular chair, feet not soaked, after polish was removed he went to just polish with no base coat, I had to ask about applying a base coat. Then the paint job is horrible, for 20.00.

5 /5 Tressa Glass: Very nice and patient people a lot of people try to take their kindness for granted and get over on them and walk out and dont pay and then try to put bad reviews on here but I have been dealing with Tracy nails for over 20 years and theyre wonderful.
