Mandy I live in St. Charles county, Mo and drive an hour to get my nails done-that’s how good she is. I could go close to home but Christy is so good at what she does, I make the hour drive to her. She can do anything you ask her to do. Super creative and multiple brands/colors of polish/dips, etc. She literally has EVERYTHING.

Ruth Bess Christy is so friendly and I can’t wait to keep working with her.

Laura Kelley Update: 2 years later,and I still wont go anywhere else! Christy has a wide array of color and design choices and is always willing to try new designs and ideas. She really is a nail artist! I wont go anywhere else now!! Christy does an amazing job, and my nails are prettier and healthier than ever. Highly recommend!

Jennifer Byrd I’m not advertising for the hammer, just the nearest prop I had, anyway my experience…Mid. I’m not sure if it was because I went in an hour before they were closing, however I called and asked if someone had time for the services I was asking for, yes was my answer to that. I had never gone here before so I figured I at least call beforehand. I get there two customers are waiting and three are being serviced. One of the employees greets me and ask what I wanted I told her, no problem. I was told to go the 3rd chair, I do so. I was not paying close attention when the employee that was about to work on my pedicure came over and sat down, now she already had gloves on because she had just came from doing a lady’s pedicure in chair 1. I had to ASK her if she changed her gloves, this lady acted like I didn’t say a word to her and proceeded to talk to the employee next to her. I took my headphones out and politely as possible, and repeated my question after she didn’t even answer. So finally after I snatched my foot away she said, “yes”. That was strike 1,2 and 3 for me. I wanted to just get out of there, not a relaxing experience AT ALL. They had some rock music playing so loud, no shade but that typically isn’t a relaxing genre. I’m not there to head-bang, I want to chill and get my feet/hands pampered…Two employees ended up working on me at the same time, that was um invasive. They were rushing and kept messing up taking more time smh. It was absolutely not worth the $122.00 I paid had them. I left irritated but they look good in the end, just a crazy experience.

MJ Hibb Very rude! The lady that did my pedicure could barely speak english and got upset when I told her I dont understand. They are all very mean and talk so much stuff in Vietnamese. Im currently trying to find a reliable and consistent nail salon in the st clair area and one thing for sure this was my first and last time spending money with them!

Chelsie Townsend My experience was ok. My nails were terrible though. I went on the Sunday before Labor Day and got a pedi and fill in. There were only 2 women doing nails. The one who did my nails was rushing and they came out horrible! They were bulky and the French tips were thick and uneven. I will only go here for a pedi and nothing else.

Desiree Perales I came here with my mom for a full set and pedicure. We didnt feel welcomed and the lady kept rushing us to pick a color. The place was pretty empty so we didnt understand what the rush was. She ended up grabbed 2 of the samples and told us to look while we sit down. Then before she even started our pedicure she again asked what color. I had to repeat myself many times because she didnt understand me. Finally she starts on my moms pedicure and I just sit and wait. A lady comes in and she stops my moms nails and does a wax. While another lady is doing nails and a man is just sitting on his phone. By then the water was getting cold. Finally the lady finished the set and came to do my pedicure. We got the 35 dollar pedicure and they didnt scrub my moms feet at all. They did a leg message with the lotion but no foot massage. I wasnt impressed at all. Two more ladies walk in and the man and the same lady start on their pedicures right away. Which we had been sitting there so long we decided to not get our nails down after all. Just an overall bad experience. We came in around noon on a Saturday and it was dead. There was no need to rush us when it seems one lady does everything. My advice go somewhere else. I get pedicures every month and going to take my business somewhere else.

Alicia Rogers I absolutely love T. Her work ethic is wonderful. She is extremely clean timely and provides feedback to help make ur style last and have healthy nails. Keeping nails healthy is her #1 priority and it shows. If I can’t meet with her I truly get upset bc I know the quality elsewhere is seriously lacking.

AJa Pirtle Trichelle is super professional and does beatiful nail art. She’s always up for a challenge and has never had an issue recreating any design that I find. My nails always last for a month or more and she takes the best care of my actual nails. They’re always so heathy even when I take my acrylics off.

Vikki Monroe Trichelle is a amazing nail tech she takes her time and walks you through everything she very respectful and out going love her conversations and laughs she has amazing vibes just in all fabulous women to be around

Danielle Qualo Amy was very thorough in making sure she designed my nails exactly how I requested them. She goes above and beyond and her freehand never fails! Today she serviced my nails and feet with a beautiful gold flake and spider style, marbled on a milky white base color. Definitely request her if you want unique nails! Thanks Amy!

Breonna or Anthony I felt like they got over the last time I got my nails done. (Its been several days so excuse the picture). But anyways I got a fill in with one nail being broken so they had to put another nail on that one & my eyebrows waxed. $65 was my total plus a $2 fee for using my card and I still left a little $3 tip. Usually tip bigger but not that day. So $70 altogether. That person usually never does my nails, maybe one other time before but to be a frequent and feel like they got over will definitely lose my business. Im sure it doesnt matter but I will definitely be finding a new nail shop.

Danielle Qualo Amy is very patient and always does an excellent job on my nails, no matter what style, shape, or color I request. She goes above and beyond to make sure she does them exactly how I want.

Trinity Lewis I went here with two other people to get our nails done on Saturday, November 28th. We were very excited, because we got a discount. DO NOT GO HERE. My nails not only look bad, but a few of them got infected. She did not clean/sterilize any of the equipment, the UV light was filthy looking, there was nail dust everywhere, nothing was organized like a normal nail salon should be, dont worry though, they use a brand new nail file. While filing my nails, she scraped up the sides of most of my fingers. While pushing down my cuticles, she cut almost all of my fingers, hence where I got the infection. I will be reporting this place and I beg you, if you dont want infected and terrible looking nails, DO NOT GO HERE.

Nicole Ponder Bonnie was one of the most amazing people i have ever met. I have rough chewed off nails and she worked her magic and got them looking great for me! She talked with me about how to care for them and offered to help me grow them out! She was patient and did not rush through it. If you want to go somewhere where you will feel comfortable, relaxed and not rushed this is the place! Plus you cant beat her prices!!!

M M I had an gel nail polish manicure here and it was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and the woman doing my nails taught me how to grow out, shape, and take care of my nails! They have ample experience in what they do and get the job done well! I love how my nails turned out. Best salon experience in a long time. 10/10 would go again.

mari Gon Been here one time before with some friends to get nails done. A guy did our nails and did amazing!! Pricing, time, service everything was great. I decided to return to get my nails done and I had to wait over an hour before being seen. I finally was called by an older lady I believe her name was Nancy. I just wanted short plain nails 1 color and she told me it would be $45! She then proceeded to cut my real nails very short without asking. She put nails on and prepped them hurting me several times after I told her my nails were really fragile and thin. She was so rough for no reason. She told me wash my hands with only water.as if I didnt deserve the soap. When my hand were washed I noticed that my nails that were supposed to be smoothed ready to paint were rough with marks all over them like when she had first filed them. I brought that up and she acted bothered like nothing was wrong. I let her finish with nail polish. the clear coat wasnt applied evenly and I could clearly see that under the blue light. After she was done doing Polish she FILED THEM SOME MORE!! My nails ended up shorter than what she priced me , uneven and nails dont look fresh. She started my nails away from my cuticle and Im sure in a few days its going to look like I had these nails for a month and need a fill in. During the time my nails were getting painted she picked up a call and I heard a guy say hello and she said how can I help you , he asked her something and she just repeated herself then he said excuse me..are you there and she ignored him and he was trying to talk to her but she decided she wasnt going to respond and hung up on him, that is very rude! I would have hated that done to me as a client. I am very disappointed. I was nice , didnt have a attitude I only been there 1 previous time in which I was satisfied and tipped and feel she mistreated me this time. maybe even descriminated because I wasnt looking like the other fancy ladies in there getting better service. Im not saying I wouldnt recommend this place but I definitely DO NOT RECCOMEND HER. 4 stars for location 0 stars for her

micheala Yates Went here this past Sunday because it was convient. You get what you settle for my daughter got a full set and hers arent what she wanted for her bday Nancy told us both she can do what we wanted and we ended up getting basic colors and sparkles! Its now Thursday and my nails look horrible! I guess she didnt do the top coat properly my nails are stained very badly I have a light blue color with black stains from my work pants. I spent $100 just to get what she can do and Im not even satisfied and my nails are screwed. No wonder everyone came to only get there feet done! I wouldnt recommend anyone go here unless you are getting your feet done as a service NO NAILS! I really want a full refund

Angelea Julie Awesome experience. Ladies were polite. Comfortable atmosphere. Ladies took their time on both my nails & feet. They both turned out great but was very impressed with my gel overlay over my natural nails. She did it so neat. They look so natural for my banquet tomorrow. Felt very relaxed. Laughed a lot. Just great experience overall. Highly recommend. Loved it! Will definitely be a regular customer here.

Renee H I had a basic pedicure and manicure for $54 with tip. Both pedicure and manicure consist of a soak, scrub, massage, and trimming the cuticles and nails. The polish on both looked very nice and held up well. I work with my hands a lot and the manicure polish only started to show wear about a week later. You have the choice to go with classic or gel polish and I went with the classic.

Chloe Latour Their nails have the best retention i’ve had in a min. They last almost a month every time. Also, nicely shaped to fit your finger size.

Erma Shay The service I received from the nail tech will forever leave me in disbelief. I never been to this salon so I wanted to check it out with an open mind and see if their work was as good as the person said who recommended me here . The shop had mainly manicures needing done and I asked for French tip , she did some thick and some thin then the polish messed up while it was “drying” . I asked the tech if she would mind fixing it she caught an attitude and also gave me the most disgusting facial expression ever. I felt so bad for having to ask her to fix it then she started scrubbing the polish off because she’s wasn’t doing it properly worst then the first time she did it since she had an attitude to begin with . I then told her she cause just polish the full toe instead since she was rushing and not wanting to do my nails correctly , that must have set her off she then slapped polish all over my toes I wish I had taken a picture. I was told it’s a up charge of 15 bucks to fix my nails. Yeah the list goes on I wouldn’t waist my time here . It was so embarrassing and I would NEVER provide anyone with such a attitude she held.

Nisaa Branch My pedicure was great. My nails (Dip) are horrid. On the 2 nd day of having my nails done they began to chip and change colors. The gentleman who did them did a horrible job and I will not return for future services.

D. Horrible experience! I have come to this location often and if I could give them less than one star I would. Nail tech did my pedicure in less than 15 min. She pulled out a drill and told me I did not have much skin on the bottom of my feet so she did one foot and not the other. I went back the next day to have the service redone. I was told I had to pay because they can not take money from one technician to give to the other. The second tech. didnt put lotion on my feet, she took my feet straight from the water and tried to apply polish after blotting them. I am aware that the trapped moisture can cause fungus and she was not going to apply a base coat. I very nicely asked if she could return my polish to me and I left. I will not be back. I can spend my money somewhere else with individuals that know the proper way to give customer service.

Cherie Hamilton-Buckingham They are AMAZING! They strive to get the results that YOU desire and take great pride in their work! Jim’s hand massage after sessions are to die for! I have yet to experience Kim’s work expect the design on one of my nails but her clients appear pleased as they leave. Will DEFINITELY go back!

Paula I would recommend them. They are by appointment. Only complaint is I made an appt to get my husband a pedicure and the man who did mine didn’t wana do a man pedi. Which is strange bc you do pedicures!! But Very nice couple . They were quick yet good at what they do. They got me in on a same day appointment.

Laylay Leia (LEIA - PARTY BUS) Do not go!!Horrible paint job. She first put White underneath the yellow color because she thought it would make it pop more. It ended up being a really weird color. She didn’t remove the white all the way so now I have this white outlining that’s really distasteful. bad shaping and she didn’t file or cut my cuticles and I paid $65.

kristina white When another salon canceled my appt two days before I was leaving for Disney they were happy to help and get me in. I unfortunately could not get someone too watch my 1yr twins in time. Being stressed that my twins were going to bother someone or be too noisy. The nail tech was extremely sweet and calmed my nerves. Made sure I knew they were not a bother. Besides that I received the best nails and designs I’ve ever had. I have found my new favorite place!

Vivid Simplicity This was my second visit. I came here with some friends. Nice way to relax. The nail techs here pay close attention to detail. It was super awesome how fast they let us squeeze another person on last minute!! It feels like family when you come here!! I’ve only had the deluxe pedicure with gel.

Kerenza Flora This place is super cool! I got little hearts on my nails for Valentines and they look so cute! The music there was fun to listen to. The nail tech was so friendly and talked about her favorite movies with me. My nails have stayed perfect all week! I want to try every design they have!

brandi davis I got a full set pedicure and eyebrow wax on 2/14 my pedicure/eye brow tech was awesome.My issue was with the Nail tech she did a rush job on my Nails they are uneven and crocked and used gel polish when I specifically said regular. Now 1 week later all my nails are lifting from the bottom!
