Aa L 4:30 pm, EMPTY, place desperately needs a whole new crew, I will go somewhere else to get something, as well as the other customers that were there with me, youre losing business bad, get it together people

Pennie Lindsey Love the food and the employees are always nice. But I have went in on few occasions and seen customers being so rude to employees calling them names and stuff. Which is not okay cause they are there to work and help the customers.

Jamie I ordered the pizza in the app. I received a confirmation number and headed in ti pick it up. Upon arrival at this location, i was told that the order has not been received and would take about 45 additional minutes if i wanted to wait. I did not want a fresh pizza any longed so i declined. .

Ewelina Klek I got my no-chip manicure done Sunday afternoon. By Monday I noticed lifting of the polish on some nails. By Thursday the whole polish on some nails started lifting and peeling in whole pieces. Never had this happen before.

Stan Morrow I dont think they are a fan of certain people, I walked in and I asked if they could do a pedicure for my girlfriend around 2:30 and they told me they were all booked up. I went online and they have multiple openings. I asked if they had a recommendation to another shop and they told me to Google it. I dont know about the quality of the nails or services, but the customer service (atleast to me) wasnt nice. I didnt feel welcomed...

Brittaney Taylor I would not recommend this place at all. Today I got what I thought was a full set but instead got something called “press on extensions” I paid 68 dollars for press on extensions. This set is horrible. It’s uneven, has a textured surface. Nails are not even shaped or properly fit to my natural . This salon seems it specializes in manicures which is okay, however as a business owner you should let your customers know if you cannot fulfill a service.

Rocio Garcia The store is set up nice and neat. It did take me a little while to find one of the items that I came into the store for. I actually had to ask for assistance. I usually try not to, because I know the associates are usually busy. Fortunately, one was a few aisles away from me. She took me to that aisle, then told me where they were. I actually passed that aisle a few times.. Once again the store has been rearranged. I do know that all stores are not exactly the same....

Aa L The best, cleanest and friendliest dollar general I have been in, unlike most dollar generals you can tell the staff here and management really care about their jobs and take pride in their store

Staci Moore I have been coming to Hannah for 10+ years she has always been professional and does a great job. She is fair and very trustworthy with her pricing that’s why I have been with her for more than 10 years. No matter what service she provides it is the best and I have never had any complaints because she is so good at what she does ! I would see her or anyone else at H&L, they are all very friendly and are good at what they do!

Dr. Ashley Winford The service was pretty good, but they tend to change the tip amounts and steal money. Each​ of the three times Ive been t​o this nail salon, I always leave a $5 tip. However, when I look at my bank statements, theyve taken it upon themselves to increase the tip amount by $5 to $10. I will never use this establishment again. Its one thing if I give you a tip; its disgusting if you choose to ​help yourself to my money and add your own​ extra tip​. The BBB will be notified of this- and I have all of my original receipts and bank statements.

Lisa Macklin I went to this establishment today they advertise 30 percent off a pedicure 40 bucks or more gel is 15 bucks more I didnt want to pay for gel the owner offered it to me for ten because they said the would have to charge for the gel I had removed not about to bash this establishment because the place is beautiful and clean but their advertising is confusing and their math is incorrect I paid 55 bucks for a pedicure that should have been 38 total I tried to explain the math to the owner who my opinion just to out talk me in front of other customers so I just left because am not a messy person although the service was wonderful I will not be a returning ing customer due to them over charging and not clearing up their mistake 30% of 40 bucks is 28 + the 10 for gel is 38 dollars H and L Spa

Jadie Ortega Highly recommend Mchenry nail spa! Have been coming here the last 10 years. Emma & Helen are amazing. The best pedicures in town (in my opinion!) definitely recommend getting the volcano pedicure. Great atmosphere, everyone is so nice and very relaxing. Brought my dad here for his first ever pedicure and he said 10/10 and will be coming again and again I’m sure!

Allison Kostakos i recently started going here and left super happy every time. my nails always turn out amazing and all of the women working there are always so nice !! todays set was by far my favorite one yet :) 10/10 would recommend to everyone !!

Alysia moore Update! I came back to visit my mom and we got my nails done again and they outside themselves!!! Oh my gosh they did FANTASTIC 10/10 please give this place a try. Chi did my nails and she absolutely did amazing. So sweet so nice. Lovely chatting. Highly recommend!

Michelle Toni I’ve been getting Russian manicures for about 4 years now in the city but wanted to try something in the suburbs to avoid driving into Chicago and feel slightly disappointed in the outcome of my manicure from studio boka. I don’t feel that my cuticles were cleaned up the way they usually are when being e-filed and the skin of my finger was filed in to pretty badly when shaping my nails. The top coat that was used was at the end of the bottle and seemed to have little crystals/residue in it and instead of switching bottles, it was still used on my hands so some of my nails feel textured. It seems, though, that my not-perfect experience is very unique since all of the other reviews with images don’t have either of these issues so I think I just got unlucky & I do think you will still have a much better and more long-lasting manicure here than a traditional salon. Just didn’t feel as thorough as my usual Russian manicures!

Olga Lebedeva The best nail studio in Chicago land area! The owner Aksana is incredibly competent and is always on top of the latest and best products and nail techniques. They’ve got a huge and beautiful pallet to choose from. I’ve got my perfect French mani and pedi done today and couldn’t be happier with the turnout. Master Karina has made my feet and heels glow like a baby, so soft and with no blemish. And I know my nails will last me until I take them off (I am going to wear them at least 5 weeks due to travel, and I know they will look perfect all that time with no chipping). So happy with my experience at BOKA and can’t wait for my next visit!

Nadia Diab Have been coming here for couple years now and never once had a bad experience. Techs are super friendly! Always playing the best chick flicks to watch during service. Amazing mini neck massages. Great selection of colors and services. Most importantly, Love that my manicure lasts for a very decent time versus at other places you’re lucky if they last a weekend.

Kenda Jones Serena is my nail specialist. She is awesome. I get gel dipped nails, French dipped, and chrome finish. They are absolutely beautiful. I have many compliments and only go once a month.

tootsies place The first picture is 6 days after getting these acrylics done. The edges are lifting my hair getting caught in them. This one broke. I’ve never had them do this before 3-4 weeks on. The rest of the pictures are as soon as i left the salon. The older man did a terrible job. They look so boxy he complained that my nails were too big but the edges went over my skin and attached to it. On one hand That’s why there’s a weird ridge on them now. They needed more coats the polish was see through. He didn’t polish down the under side of the nail. The other hand the edges had a big gap. He didn’t ask if i was happy with them he just kind of walked away and said wash your hands. I get my nails done every 3 weeks usually and never had they looked this bad. I was charged $80 for this atrocity.

Jennifer Cadenhead New to town and found a welcoming , professional and great priced shop at Jenni’s nails. I got the Gel Aloe Vera pedicure and it was transcending! My nails are a work of art. Great shape, quality and took time on details. My hands/feet are happy healthy and gorgeous! I will be back on the regular! They have some many designs I look forward to trying! The Atmosphere is cool, clean and inviting!
