1 /5 Jessica Fite-Ibarra: I thought I had found a great place to have my hair done. Unfortunately, it wasn’t so. I have scheduled 3 appointments for myself and one for my daughter. The one for my daughter was canceled because they did not have anyone to braid her hair. I was called the day before to be told that she couldn’t be serviced.
I have only been able to attend one appointment because the other two have been canceled the day before without so much as a call, email, text, nothing.
Very disappointing as I ask for the time off weeks in advanced only to be left floundering.
My latest appointment was for 2/24, it was canceled on the 21st without a warning.
