1 /5 Eva McFarden: Check in was awesome. The ladies were all very personable. Nurse Heather was personable and friendly. Dr. Hayes you were not in the room with me 30 seconds. You walked in introduced yourself, stated I would get pills and ointment and left. Nurse Heather gave me my diagnosis and she had to go back out to tell you I had already been on the pills you prescribed. You were not in the room long enough to ask any questions. I wont be back. My co pay was 30.00 for less than 30 seconds with you. Do better

1 /5 Michelle Bellamy: I had the worst, most violating experience of my life here. Beware of Dr. Welsch. He jammed a needle in my arm without explaining he was going to biopsy, didnt even tell me what he was doing, didn’t wait for the meds to kick in, and aggressively hacked at my skin while I was sobbing because I could feel everything. He did this after telling me the spot on my arm was fine. Then why are you doing this, and without permission?! I noticed his hands shaking while performing the procedure and he warned me I’d have a scar…no wonder! He didn’t even ask if this was ok! When I explained, through tears, that I was in pain and it hurt during the procedure he laughed at me and said “why? This is fun! Dermatology is fun!” He then ripped my gown off without asking, made me stand unclothed in the middle of the room, barely glanced at my skin and put both hands on me and rubbed them all over my body. I’ve had many skin checks before and have NEVER been treated this way. I feel violated, traumatized, and not listened to.

1 /5 Brett Duley: Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism from the providers. The provider laughed at me and walked out of the room as I was discussing my dissatisfaction from the plan of care that was provided to me. Not only did she dismiss my frustration about being biopsied but also my limitations regarding her plan of care. I had wished to change the plan of care; however, she laughed and walked out of the room. Will not be returning. The visit was a complete waste of time and money. Poor customer service! Completely uncalled for , she could have simply listened to the patient as most providers lack nowadays and a better solution could have been developed. Ridiculous

5 /5 Patricia Hays: *Update: While I have zero interest in seeing the Dr I saw yesterday I did put a call in to a manager & they are helping me with a coarse of action- I saw a Dr there today for the first time. I was wanting to find out about my fingernails. She told me sees dryness and clubbing. Im confident that I have PsA & the proof is in my nails. She asked for my phone and pulled up her podcast. I didnt really want her in my cell, thats so personal. She told me to eat a whole foods diet. Great, got it. And to drink more water after I showed her my gigantic water tumbler that I drink from constantly. She used no light to look at my nails. Told her all my other symptoms,, completely disregarded. Told me to get away from wanting diagnosed and Get away from inflammation with plant based diet Not her tendons getting eaten alive. I need meds too!! A diagnosis of Psoriasis would be very helpful in getting to the meds. These are photos of my nails below. Ive already made an appointment with Carle Health Derm. *I wanted to add that she told me to be more careful with my cuticles. Cuticle loss is a symptom of, you guessed it, Psoriatric Arthritis*
