3 /5 Jessica Stein: This was an okay experience. I went with an appointment to have my hair vivid dyed with shawdow roots. They were very friendly and accommodating. However, the stylist overbooked herself and I was left sitting with nothing happening. I was in the salon for ~4 hours today, so it was frustrating to have extra time tacked on. They also did stain my shirt and face with hair dye. They also changed my price (no exaggeration) 5 times! I went to the salon expecting to spend $80, as I was told. I left paying $140! This was probably the most frustrating thing about the visit. Then, the color turned out darker than the hair example I was shown. Overall its a beautiful dying job, it blends very well with my natural color and looks a lot like I was hoping for.
My partner also got her eyebrows waxed and she has no complaints with that service! Actually, it was free with a new client bag. So essentially, if its your first time going to this salon you can get a free eyebrow waxing.
Also, and most importantly, the place was clean, tidy, and well designed and decorated.
I would reccomend going to this shop if youre in Pinkneyville and need a new style.
