Debbie Storey Just moved to Pinckneyville. I was nervous about trying a new stylist after having the same one for many years. No worries tho. Everyone in this shop is very nice. Kelsey was my stylist and she did an amazing job on my hair. She listened to my concerns and followed thru. My hair looks and feels great. Im happy to have found a great salon and stylist so quickly.

Jessica Stein This was an okay experience. I went with an appointment to have my hair vivid dyed with shawdow roots. They were very friendly and accommodating. However, the stylist overbooked herself and I was left sitting with nothing happening. I was in the salon for ~4 hours today, so it was frustrating to have extra time tacked on. They also did stain my shirt and face with hair dye. They also changed my price (no exaggeration) 5 times! I went to the salon expecting to spend $80, as I was told. I left paying $140! This was probably the most frustrating thing about the visit. Then, the color turned out darker than the hair example I was shown. Overall its a beautiful dying job, it blends very well with my natural color and looks a lot like I was hoping for.
My partner also got her eyebrows waxed and she has no complaints with that service! Actually, it was free with a new client bag. So essentially, if its your first time going to this salon you can get a free eyebrow waxing.
Also, and most importantly, the place was clean, tidy, and well designed and decorated.
I would reccomend going to this shop if youre in Pinkneyville and need a new style.
