Joy Mangrum First off can I say that Sally absolutely killed it ❤️❤️ love her she made me feel so comfortable. Love the color it was so perfect like an emerald color and its so deep and gorgeous. Great service great people everything was perfect ❤️!

Sarah Collins Amber and her mom are SO nice! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Excellent service! Professional, and will tell you what is best, colors for your skin color. They will prep your nails prior to putting in a full set. Stop going to the Asian salons and getting ripped off!

Stephanie Chothen They are an amazing Mother and Daughter Team. The Nail Pro-filers are Professional they do amazing work they actually use professional grade products. They did not drill into my nail bed, they really focus on nail health. I have yet to have a bad experience with them. I recommend them to everyone I know. The first time I asked for Gel nails Amber one of the Techs got this tube out and actually squeezed out gel nail liquid, i was totally blown away. We all know the other shops give us acrylic power and tell us its gel when actually the only gel being used is the gel polish. i will never go back to the other shops. Its refreshing to have my nails done by people that understand what i want and i can understand them.

C Cruz So glad I found this place on Google maps. Jessica is great! Friendly staff with great service and good prices. They are a nail school so they will have you sign a form but if you don’t like the way your nails come out you can go back and your can get them redone for free. They offer manicure, full set acrylic, gel no chip, regular pedicure and the spa pedicure.

Alyssa Beallos I attended Nailology350, and I highly recommend if you want to get into the industry! I had been doing nails for a year before going, and I still learned so many things and new techniques that I still use! Plus it’s a wonderful positive environment, everyone is welcomed with open arms!

Katie Smith My first time at this salon. Got a dip. I got a very new girl, I could tell. She didn’t know how to get my previous dip off and she tore up my cuticles. She was polite though and instead of just saying something, I just won’t come back. Just wanted to leave this review for the business so maybe they could teach her a little more so she doesn’t do this to anyone else.

Vivina Taylor I arrived an hour before closing. I asked for a full set. They said no problem. The nail tech was very friendly, Conversation was great. My only issue is that the nails feel bubbly and my pointer finger nail on my right hand is crooked. Noticed when I got home. I feel like no matter the time, consistency with your work should be the same. I’m super picky when it comes to my nails. I wouldn’t go back.

Felicia The worse nail salon I have ever been too. Just terrible. The lady messed up my nails, asked me if I liked it and I said no. She instantly got frustrated with me. She kept saying OMG & sighing and then threw the nail file at me and told me to do it myself. I mean I really could’ve done this myself. She did take $15 off but I shouldn’t have had to pay for this unprofessional work or attitude at all. Stay away from this place!

Isabel Chavez I pretty much only go to Hannah. She does such a great job shaping and smoothing everything out. The designs I bring her she kills every time for the most part. However I always make appointments and I still end up waiting at least 30 minutes which is annoying like what’s the point.

Mjelma Jusufi I walked in and they tried to charge me 78 dollars for French tips. They wanted to add on nail length 5$ (I get them pretty short) nail color and tips. I asked if I could get just a color and my total was still coming out to 72 dollars. They said they have add ons on the website but they don’t.

Sarah Webber Crystal always does such an amazing job with my nails! She’s always up to do any design I bring to her and is always so gentle; I never get cuts or scratches from the files. I won’t go anywhere else, please check out Pro Nails! :)

kendall rice Ken was my nail tech and he did a great job, amazing attention to detail and did not rush. He spent time shaping the nails to perfection, and they look amazing. The photos speak for themselves! The only BIG complaint I have was that I was quoted 61$ online which matched their online prices, but charged $76 at checkout. I had a feeling they did not expect us to tip for a certain reason, so the price was not the same as what was advertised online or over the phone. However, the nails are gorgeous, just not sure I can afford going back or trust that they will charge what they say they will. If this had not happened they’d get a 5 star.

tee DONT GO HERE!! I’ve been here 3 times and all 3 times(with different people each time) they have drilled into my beautiful nail beds and ruined them. They will give you damaged nails beds and rings of fire on your nails. Both of my pointer fingers have been damaged severely(cut in half due to the excessive drilling), and my pinky as-well. The last time I went there the girl literally drilled so hard into my pinky, and yes i told her and she seen me flinching n she continued to do it. I now have a fractured pinky nail bed and it seems to have a cut with air stuck inside which takes forever to heal. About 4 of my nails have been in pain due to them. Absolutely ruined my nail beds. I got french tips. They make the nails too thin. It’s like they aren’t heavy duty friendly and snap in an instant even when you hit them lightly. Its like they want them to break so you can come back more often. I asked for them to be thicker and she put the tiniest layer as if that was going to do anything. They are also rough with buffing and removing past nails. I know my nails are about a few weeks old but you can clearly see how it’s still irritated and red because they drill so deep and damage the nail closest to the cuticle when they first do them. Save you money ladies. Honest review here

Roni Jo Hudson Nancy and Bella did an amazing job! My daughter and I received full sets and pedicures that turned out beautiful. On a side note, its a little pricey compared to other nail salons.

Shaunte Lowe I always have a great experience every time I come to this nail salon. I live quite a distance so it’s not every day that I get the opportunity to get my nails done at the salon but whenever I’m in town, I need a manicure and pedicure. This is the place I go to. First off, I must say the employees are very friendly and warm and welcoming. The owner is always present and she is always willing to pitch in and help her staff. She’s also very friendly and I consider as a team player in the work environment. The staff takes their time when it comes to doing your nails. There is no rush and you feel like a priority in your session and not just another number. The Nail Techs are experience and able to do styles like designs and unique colors such as chrome or holographics. I will certainly recommend this salon.

Alyssa OBoyle I got a manicure & pedicure with Kay and she is absolutely amazing!! Her attention to details is amazing and she was kind throughout the entire process! The entire staff is sweet and kept asking if I needed anything. They also kept apologizing to me for a wait & I barely had to wait!

Kenady White Liz is such a sweetheart! She did my nails for graduation and they look so beautiful!! She takes her time to make sure you’re getting good quality nails, and she is so very talented. Definitely recommend and will be going back!!!

Kylene Kincade 10/10 experience. Tai / Ty did my acrylic full set and i couldn’t be more impressed. Got a pedicure with my friend also, and we were both extremely satisfied. Great pricing as well - my full set with all of my special requests, art, ombré, AND gems was under $100!!!!!

K R Got my nails done Thur 2/25. It’s now 2/28. My nails starting chipping the very next day. Worst overlay & polish ever. I work from home but haven’t been to work. I clean & shower daily but no reason for this. I need change from my payment @ this point.

Sarah Rosson Best place to get your nails done! I’ve been coming here for a couple years now, and I’ve never left disappointed. Usually I just get a full set, but they also do great work on your natural nails and great pedicures too. I’ve been to other places in the area, but no one else does as great a job or has as good of prices. All of their nail techs are great, but today I had Trish and I couldn’t recommend her or the salon more! $65 for a full set with a design I tell everyone to come here for their nails!

emily skjoldal the best nail salon! I went with my friends to get their nails done and I thought i was going to be bored but i met the cutest dog named mino! They also did such a good job on my friends mani pedi and had great prices!

Sabrina Slove Started out with the owner’s husband that was super nice and then he had a client come in so they switched me over to the owner herself. She rushed my entire service and got up multiple times to accommodate other customers. My Nails are all different thickness. Then I paid half with cash and half card and When I asked if I can use a card, she Did not respond so I asked again and she just seemed blatantly annoyed with me.

Marissa I booked a fill in appointment with the owner herself, Kristine, and the entire time she seemed annoyed the entire time. My service was trash due to her stopping in between several times , the whole time she was doing my nails she was servicing others instead of making sure I was satisfied with my service. In which I was not. My nails were shaped all different sizes when they wet all supposed to be square shaped, she did not buff my nails down so some nails are fat some are smooth, she did not clean up around my nails after she was done, did not use the oil like they usually do, I had to remind her for all of these things and she never once apologized she rushed my entire service with her because apparently she had other appointments that were more important than mine. I called the next day telling her I was unhappy I asked if I can come in she told me 2 days later I could but at that time I no longer want to go back. I will never return back there.

Deana Gonzalez Horrible service, Im very upset with my no chip manicure previously to coming here I had gel fake nails. Which they guy that did my nails saw , he did his thing and left most of the fake nail under. I even told him you missed a spot and he said i was fine. He finished the last coat and asked me if I liked it and my response was no! he told me it looked good that you could not tell theirs lumps under!

Sheil Sheil Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. All of the workers are unprofessional. Low cost and low expectations in this place. Workers were intentionally making patrons uncomfortable. Speaking in their native language, pointing, & laughing at patrons. The work is well below expectations & rushed. The shop is dirty. Went for a relaxing experience and got anything but. While getting pedi, a worker can a did my fill-in at the pedi bowl. Unacceptable. Won’t be back.

Lori Watt Beautiful Nails is a clean and friendly salon and Nancy is a very talented technician! She does meticulous work and has a gift for making beautiful designs.

Katie Craig I have never had retention like this… it’s been over a month and they are still going strong!!! No chipping and no lifting, normally my nails start to chip or pop off after 2-3 weeks. These nails were so beautiful, she did such a fantastic job. These were the best nails I’ve gotten. They probably could have lasted another month haha.

Karina Lopez I went in last week for a simple color change and some self care time. Don was my nail tech and he made the experience awful. First he painted one nail and asked if I liked the color. For reference I am color blind and struggle choosing colors. I responded that I’d like to change it and he was immediately upset. He told me there were no other browns to choose from in the entire salon. I asked for the blue book and chose a brown I knew I liked from there. When he was painting my nails I noticed the polish had indents and it was peeling off (as seen in the first picture below). He buffed the nails and started over. He did this twice when I finally asked if maybe there was something wrong with the nail polish. He raised his voice and said “no, you did that. You did that!” I asked if I was doing something wrong and he said i was not putting my hand far enough under the UV light. When I put my hand in again I asked if it was ok. He responded with “idk.” I left in tears with a terrible manicure and nail polish all over my hands. The receptionists helped buff the nail polish off and offered me a $5 discount but by that point I just wanted to get out of the shop! First 2 pictures are my nails immediately after the appointment. Third and fourth picture are my nails 6 days later.

Hattie Geisler Flawless, quick, good price, great customer service! Im not sure if hes the owner but one guy walked around and was so fun, he would randomly interact with customers, either being fun, or boosting your confidence. The outside of the building may look small but the place is biiiig and has so many workers you wont be waiting at all, or too long!

melanie Stringham My first two experiences were not great. I did no chip the first time and it chipped within the first week. I went back and got gel. They were horrible no shape, super thick and two nails actually came off like press ons. I decided to try one more time. Well thank goodness I did. I got Kayla. She is amazing I get so many compliments on my nails. She listens and does a great job shaping. My nails last super long and she understands what I like for color.

D Lopez I had a manicure with a no chip polish, the tech was very sweet and professional. It’s been over 2 weeks and my nails still look great (see photo). My total was $34 (5%off of you pay cash).

Beautiful Disaster_29 First time coming here and was very very impressed by the nail tech that took care of me, I think her name is Evelyn I hope that was her name but she was amazing and made my nails look nice I appreciate it so much. Thank you I will definitely be coming back.

Danni I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and personable everyone was and how beautiful my nails came out. The prices are also great ! It could be a little less dusty in there but I would totally come back!

kenzi mae The owner is extremely unprofessional and texted me on multiple occasions trying to switch my appointment time day of service. The workers are rude and assumed i am not spanish speaking and was criticizing my look and the fact i had headphones on. Both times the nail techs were sloppy and my ACRYLICS lifted and chipped. This is surprising considering the fact it takes them 1.5 hours just to do a fill. For my full set, my appointment was at 12;45 and my nail tech showed up late around 1. Then, i didn’t walk out of the salon til 3pm. When i went to get my fill the tech was very sick but said it was allergies. she was coughing and sneezing all over the station and would wipe her nose with her hands and not wash them or anything before touching me. They are unsanitary, they make all the clients use the same brush to scrub after nail application, i was blown away. Right now my cuticles are chopped up and infected from their services. Please do not go here, i contracted contact dermatitis from my service. their tools are not clean. I wish i had a good experience like everyone else seemed to. One of the techs, i think Dayana, started taking pictures and videos of my hands without asking if it was okay. I am unsure if it was posted on social media or not, but it made me extremely uncomfortable. I would hope they would take down anything with my nails in it. They looked horrible.

Christina Ramirez I visited the salon for the first time today and let me tell yall... Everyone was so very kind and considerate. First and foremost, Amongst all the madness going on in the world at this time the employees not only had masks on themselves but offered and made sure that all customers wore one as well, they were only taking customers by appts and didnt have more than a few people in the salon at a time. Mina took care of me today, I came in for a fill-in and with a few picture references of what I wanted and she helped me decide on the perfect one! I felt very welcomed, the place was very clean, the staff were all friendly, Mina took her time on my nails, made sure I was happy with them and even massaged my hands once she was done. Prices are reasonable and best believe they won me over and have a new customer for life. Cant wait to go back!! Truely recommend Image Nails to everyone...

Monica Baez My experience started off iffy! The woman who was taking care of me was not the kindest however Mina came to my rescue. She is amazing! When I say she calmed me down that’s an understatement. She paid such close attention to detail! I am obsessed with my nails! I will be going back to her every two weeks for my fill ins ❤️

Grisel Dominguez I was mortified on how terrible my nails turned out worst place I have ever gotten my nails done the designed was terrible wasn’t even lined like he didn’t even tried to line it up and he didn’t put enough black you can see right through my nail gel polish and he didn’t even clean up my cuticles. I paid 120 dollars for these. I thought I was going loose it instead making scene I left right away before I loose it there. A friend came with she got a basic French tips and he messed those up too. Don’t ever go there save your self the trouble and the money. The guy is blinded or just didn’t care. This picture were taken right after I got them done.

Shari Really used to love coming here for pedicures. Recently went in to get my nails done in preparation for vacation (I can never have my nails done due to my line of work so this was a special treat). I told the gentleman that I didnt want no-chip. I didnt feel I needed it due to the extra cost and short length of time Id be wearing them, but I was ultimately talked into it because of the speed of dry time. I told him what I wanted and he was unable to do the design requested but another guy could. Due to the dim lighting in the salon and the nude color I chose, I couldnt see that the original guy working on my nails applied the gel and polish so far from my cuticle that it looked like they needed a fill immediately! The second guy painted the white lines down to the cuticle, almost to try and compensate for the terrible job done before him. There also appeared to be bubbles throughout several of the nails. I sent them a message on their website and after nearly 7 days, they have yet to respond. I also now have a chip in one of the nails. I paid about $55 plus tip for each of them! Overall, Im very disappointed!

Tasha Martin Heres a tip! Get better lightning in the place so you can see what you are doing. The old man in the place applies polish better than the old lady. Another tip! Ms. Lady try some glasses after you guys get some better lights. Gave this place a second try and 2 strikes youre out.
