    2 /5 Katie Smith: My first time at this salon. Got a dip. I got a very new girl, I could tell. She didn’t know how to get my previous dip off and she tore up my cuticles. She was polite though and instead of just saying something, I just won’t come back. Just wanted to leave this review for the business so maybe they could teach her a little more so she doesn’t do this to anyone else.
    3 /5 Vivina Taylor: I arrived an hour before closing. I asked for a full set. They said no problem. The nail tech was very friendly, Conversation was great. My only issue is that the nails feel bubbly and my pointer finger nail on my right hand is crooked. Noticed when I got home. I feel like no matter the time, consistency with your work should be the same. I’m super picky when it comes to my nails. I wouldn’t go back.
    1 /5 Felicia: The worse nail salon I have ever been too. Just terrible. The lady messed up my nails, asked me if I liked it and I said no. She instantly got frustrated with me. She kept saying OMG & sighing and then threw the nail file at me and told me to do it myself. I mean I really could’ve done this myself. She did take $15 off but I shouldn’t have had to pay for this unprofessional work or attitude at all. Stay away from this place!
    1 /5 Kortney Becker: Service was good, staff was friendly and they got me in very quickly. I got dip, it costs me $50 which wasn’t bad. However, my dip started to crack and I’m not sure if they use cheap dip or what.. My nail chipped the same day and I went back to fix the nail the next day. They fixed it free of charge, which I appreciated. However, that same nail now has tiny cracks everywhere and the nail tech didn’t dust off my nail and put top coat over the powder residue. I have gotten dip done for years at many different salons and I’ve never had issues with cracking or chipping. Overall, just disappointed.
    5 /5 Erin Drysch: Radiance Nails is a beautiful modernized nail salon with phenomenal staff located in a convenient spot in Shorewood, IL. The Radiance nail technicians take their time with each client — the pedicures are AMAZING. I’ve been to this salon multiple times and every experience has been great. I highly recommend— they will make you feel at home on your very first visit!

    Tippy Necole: Jimmy (the name you see on all the stations saying to send the Zelle payment to his number) is the technician who did my nails. He spent the first 5 minutes speaking negatively about Dip manicure. He said the Dip took 15 mins to get off every time and I should get the Overlay instead. I said at Star Nails it doesnt. Jimmy said I wasnt paying attention. LOL! Um okaaay. Usually my nails are wrapped in foil, Jimmy put Acetone in a bowl and stuck my hands in it. He did a horrible job! He kept sticking my left hand in and out of the Dip numerous times, more than he did the right. He did not level them out or smooth out any bumps, he even got color on my skin. My nails started peeling the very same day. This was the first time Jimmy T. did my nails and its the last, I will not be back! My usual technician was booked and I wanted my Mani/Pedi done the day I needed. Nail techs and Salons are not the same, some have better techniques and provide better service, K&K Nails is not one of them.

    Carmesha Carrington: I forgot the reason I stopped getting my nails done here until now. I went on Friday for dipped nails and pedicure. Saturday 2 nails chipped. Had to go in for repair. Sunday, while on a trip, 2 more nails chipped. I wont be returning. Pay to much money for poor quality products. Attached are pictures that shows thumb, ring finger, and index finger nails chipped. This is day 3.

    Sarah Silverman: I’ve been coming here for all my nail needs for over five years. Everyone is so nice. Mary is wonderful. She always fits me in even if it’s last minute and my nails always look great! She remembers what I like and I always leave loving them. The team also did the mani/pedis for my wedding party a couple years ago. The staff was so accommodating with a bigger group and everyone was pleased with the results!

Ive had highlights and styling done by Maddie VanderVeen and she did an amazing job. Shes also a great teacher and very knowledgeable and tells me what products are best for my baby fine hair and how to use them. I highly recommend!

    Helaina Salazar: I normally go somewhere about 20 mins away but this place is 3 minutes from my house so wanted to try it! Pretty pricey compared to my normal spot.Total was $56 for something that would have cost $40 at my usual spot. The lady did give me $6 off which was very nice of her. And she did a good job. But a nail chipped within two hours after I left and I wasnt even doing anything strenuous with my hands. I used to bartend and Ive honestly never had no chip polish chip off so fast.

The owner burned my nails in the gel heater then filed my nails uneven and said it was my fingers that are Crooked how rude then started talking with other workers left me under that gel heater over 10 minutes unbelievable the worst service I ever had. Worst nail job ever ! Pictures tell it all.
