1 /5 Carmesha Carrington: I forgot the reason I stopped getting my nails done here until now. I went on Friday for dipped nails and pedicure. Saturday 2 nails chipped. Had to go in for repair. Sunday, while on a trip, 2 more nails chipped. I wont be returning. Pay to much money for poor quality products. Attached are pictures that shows thumb, ring finger, and index finger nails chipped. This is day 3.

3 /5 Tamzin Lorek: Disappointed. I went to this place once before and was pretty happy with my nails but felt very different after today. Firstly my service felt very rushed and compromised, they werent very considerate with a sore cut I have on my thumb and repeatedly kept putting pressure on it which was painful. My second issue is with the quality of their work. I have been to many different nail salons and this is the first time my nails havent been cut before having the extentions placed on. The reason for this is because if you put an extension on the tip of a long nail it will not last very long as it will grow out quickly as opposed to placing it further back on your nail bed so the extension lasts longer. Anyone experienced with acrylics knows this and knows that acrylics applied to tips of nails can cause a lot of pain and damage to the nail if they catch which typically doesnt happen until a couple of weeks afterwards when the nail grows out and becomes too long. I made it clear I wanted a sheer peach which is very popular right now, instead I got a very light pink which luckily looks nice but isnt even close to what I was after. Either they need more variety with colors and types of polish or they need to be better at identifying colors. I wanted to take more time to make sure the color was right but felt as if I was being an inconvenience as they seemed to be in a hurry. Sadly to the rushed service some of my nails came out with diagonal lines on which obviously Im not happy about. Lastly, usually you get asked to wash the grit off your hands once the nails have been filed so your not sitting with nail dust all over your hands but I never got that opportunity and was inwardly cringing at the end when she was rubbing cuticle oil into my gritty skin. I know I sound like a Karen but when you pay for a service you expect it to be done properly and small practices like that make a massive difference to the quality of service. A few changes would make a huge difference with this place.

5 /5 Pearling A: Immaculately clean, friendly staff, well lit. They took their time with our pedicures and had a ton of color choices. This is the best overall experience I’ve had in a nail salon in a while. We will definitely come back! Prices were reasonable and they were ready for us at our appointment time. Pedicure chairs were comfortable and restrooms were clean too.
