1 /5 Elizabeth Buch: I hate to give this nail salon 1 star because when I first went and got my nails done, I had a great experience. I went to get my nails done for my friendās wedding. I decided to get acrylics with no color⦠so a sheer pink. Picture attached is from the same night I got them done originally. The owner did my nails and we had great conversation. I truly did like how she shaped my nails and how I was treated there.
After I went home from the first appointment, I realized that I didnāt really like how sheer the color was on my nails. I ended up making an appointment the next day to have them painted over with nail polish so they werenāt so sheer. Let me preface that I went into this nail appointment with the intention of paying to get my nails fixed since it was my fault for not saying anything when I first got them done.
When I walked in, I could feel the tension from the owner who did my nails the day prior. We sat down and the first thing she said to me was, āyou waste my money.ā I told her I could leave if it was an inconvenience for her. She declined and said āno itās fine.ā The entire visit we sat in silence and when she was done, I paid and tipped for my newly painted nails.
Iām sad to say that I wonāt go back to J Nails because of this interaction I had with the owner. I really did like how she did my nails. However, I find it very rude and unprofessional to talk to a customer the way she did. So I will unfortunately not be returning.
