1 /5 Honey: I told them I wouldnāt leave a bad review but Iām doing the community a disservice if I donāt. I had my dip nails removed (I got them done somewhere else) and asked for a no chip manicure. It all started to go downhill when she filed my nails improperly. You can see in the photo how uneven she made them. Of course they blame YOU and never take responsibility for doing a poor job shaping. Several of my nails were mis-shaped in this manner where one side was straight like a V and the other is normal and round. The amount of drilling on my nailbed was absolutely uncalled for to remove the dip. Then, as she applies the white, I start noticing it is smeared, there are hairs in the nail polish, sparkles and air bubbles in it. Acts like they donāt see anything when I try to bring it up. Lastly, they are so bumps and not smooth, as shown in the first image. The end result is absolute butchery of my nails. I cried and was so appalled at what they did to my hands so I called and said I am requesting a refund, as they completely butchered my nails. She said sorry hunny no refunds, come in if you want them fixed. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed at the work done, apologize and just give a refund. Absolutely zero customer service. So I went in and this other poor lady had to remove it all and try to fix it all. She drilled my nails down so low that my nail beds are paper thin and still hurting 1 week later. As she was doing the french tips, they were still messy and not as clean as I wanted. I spent so many hours there I told her never mind so I left with a clear coat and paper thin, sore nail beds. I feel bad for her that the girl made her come into work to fix my nails instead of just giving me my money back. I canāt even get my nails done now because I need to wait til they grow out so they can be strong again because they keep breaking off and I canāt afford any more drilling. And another thing, when I came back in to get them fixed, some random employee there comes up to me and grabs my hand to look at it. Thinking it was him who was going to fix them, I allowed him to look. Then he just walks away. How rude! Get some people skills. And nail skills while youāre at it. I understand the no refund policy but when you completely butcher someoneās hands to the point they canāt get their nails done for the next 8+ weeks, maybe it makes sense to apologize by giving them their money back at LEAST. Iām appalled at the greed.
