1 /5 Marissa: I booked a fill in appointment with the owner herself, Kristine, and the entire time she seemed annoyed the entire time. My service was trash due to her stopping in between several times , the whole time she was doing my nails she was servicing others instead of making sure I was satisfied with my service. In which I was not. My nails were shaped all different sizes when they wet all supposed to be square shaped, she did not buff my nails down so some nails are fat some are smooth, she did not clean up around my nails after she was done, did not use the oil like they usually do, I had to remind her for all of these things and she never once apologized she rushed my entire service with her because apparently she had other appointments that were more important than mine. I called the next day telling her I was unhappy I asked if I can come in she told me 2 days later I could but at that time I no longer want to go back. I will never return back there.
