She does a fantastic job and makes sure that my hair looks exactly the way I prefer. Parish is also a great asset to this salon. He keeps it lively and helps make it a comfortable environment for anyone. The work dynamic is wonderful from these two and I will never go anywhere else.

Gloss Nail Bar - Rockford Elle Parker: After trying several nail salons and walking away disappointed every time, I had pretty much given up hope of finding a place that could meet my standards—especially after being so spoiled by my amazing nail tech back home, Shelby. But I finally found the one! King Kong did my nails, and they are exactly how I wanted them. The design is adorable, the shape is perfect, and they’re not thick, wavy, or oddly shaped like some past experiences. I’m genuinely impressed and so happy with how they turned out. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!

PHILLIPS NAILS AND SPA - Rockford Þórra Sannhetssiger: Due to moving to Roscoe I’d been going somewhere else until they stopped caring about my nails and I contracted a terribly ugly nail infection from their tools not being disinfected. So I came back to Phillip’s despite the drive and have been very happy with Tony. His tools come out of sterilized packaging and he keeps my nails healthy and beautiful. He even did this lovely “Forget Me Not” flower perfectly. My understanding is this salon has gone through some different ownership’s since I originally was coming in and I don’t know much about that but I’m very happy and comfortable here now!

Luxé Nail Bar of Rockford - Rockford KC Espinoza: I have been going to Jessica for years before I moved out of Rockford. She is great!!! She’s helped strengthen and rebuilt my natural nails after years of acrylics. She introduced me to builder gel and gelx to rebuild my nails. I’m finally back to no chip since my natural nails are stronger. I highly recommend going to her for simple or complex designs. She is super talented. I can show her an image of any nail art and she makes it work, even on short natural nails. Becca the owner is wonderful! She is super friendly and provides a luxé experience every time I visit.

Nova nail bar - Rockford Breanna Ellis: First off, when I called to book a same day appointment the staff was super friendly. All of the employees that I met were awesome,creative and had great personalities. I had Diana and she was able to execute the picture better than I imagined! The process did take about 2 hours but honestly it was so worth it!!! She was able to provide me with natural looking nails that also werent too thick with acrylic but still sturdy. I enjoyed myself and will be back in 2 weeks!!!

I’m from the neighborhood so I just showed up as a walk in and they were so nice to get me in right away! I appreciate that my nails just look clean and simple and the very nice woman that did my nails was so fast too. Cool color as well! Thank you!
