Daneli perera-oborny First of all this nail Salon is no longer named Q nails as such but Nailtique! Bought over by a wonderful family! These sisters are all great Nail Tech Engineers alongside with their Mom and other Nail Techs, who know exactly what you like! In house also is the sisters Dad, who greets you with a smile, respect and sometimes a little humor!! I highly recommend them!! I would feel guilty going anywhere else!! Try them!

Ellie Berrong I enjoyed going to this nail salon, my nails were done just how I like them and I left happy. It is a nice family owned business and I definitely am planning on coming back!

Rene Moore I went to that particular nail shop to have my chin waxed and my eyebrows arched. Very customer-friendly however I wanted my eyebrows super fun and that didnt happen. The prices are reasonable. Unfortunately I did not have all my glasses so it looked okay in the mirror it was not what I wanted definitely over tipped $10 was too much of a tip

Jovena Johnson This place is amazing! I got my nails done 3 weeks ago, and they still look good! Price was excellent for the quality they provide! They are very skilled and I will be telling my friends and family about V Nails. I only want my nails done here. She also showed me how to care for them, which is why I think they lasted 3 weeks and still look good. Last time I professionally got my nails done at a place in Chicago, it barely lasted a week. They were also kind and friendly, which makes me wanna support them even more! Absolutely lovely place!

Jess C Needed a last minute early appointment and V Nails was open early. I had never been here before and was pleasantly surprised on how wonderful it was. Not only were they friendly, they listened to what I wanted and their work was impeccable. Not one nail polish on my mani/pedi was out of place. I ended up bringing my husband for a mani/pedi as well and he was also impressed.

Hilary Solomito Amazing! Hands down, lovely people and amazing service, very one on one, family oriented, home feeling! Took their time, and really make you feel at home. They took two girls and I in right away and made us feel right at home with care and didn’t rush us! Absolutely in love, we will be back!

danielle rognstad I came here on accident thinking I was going to my appointment at the other pro nails on grande. I didn’t realize I was at the wrong one til it was too late and I’m sort of happy it happened! I almost never leave a nail appointment happy because I have major OCD and always feel stressed about SOMETHING. Not this time! Lucky (I think) did my nails and he was great! Gave me honest opinions, explained why he did things the way he did. Many sticker and design options, great colors. I literally love my nails! I got a pedicure also and I didn’t get her name but was very sweet and did a good job as well!

Tsdg I have been coming here since they started with a new owner and my nails always look gorgeous when I leave . The owner is very creative and he has a new design idea every time I come in. My new favorite nail shop!!!!!

Claudia Herbig My manicure did not even last an hour, i am superdisappointed. Plus they quoted me $50 and then kept adding on services that were not needed almost paid double, like my hand massage, that was nonexisting!!! Cannot recommend!!!!

Mabel James I regularly come to IL Salon and the staff is very friendly. My gel nails always look natural, not thick and gloppy! They were so friendly and checked in with me frequently, making sure I loved the way my nail. They were nice from the time I walked in until I left.

Arianne Bailey I have not been disappointed with a service yet, Still my favorite place to go to this salon! I loved that the technician took her time to really prep the nails before doing the gel polish application. Worth every visit. They did a wonderful job.

Elda Diaz Anita did such an awesome job on my baby shower nails! Love the sharp crisp coffin shape and the beautiful freestyle nail art design. She really captured everything I wanted. Highly recommend her! Im obsessed with these nails and cant wait to go back for my birthday nails!

Anita is the best, always accommodating and willing to try my ideas or usually throwing out her own when I dont have a clue what Im feeling for the week. Definitely glad I found my new nail "home" since moving up North!

Victoria Peavey I’ve lived in this area my whole life. I’ve been in and out of nail shops all over this town, the next town, and the town after. Lucky took so much time on prepping, SHAPE (Thank you so much) and she made being comfortable a priority and the atmosphere was refreshing. I was so tense from previous experiences. I left with peace of mind knowing I’ll be in great hands from here on out. She undoubtedly just earned herself another loyal customer. Thank you so much to her again!!

Kia Shinn Came in for a 345pm appointment made online as they require online appointments. Let them know I had a 345pm appointment when I arrived was asked to have a seat in the waiting area. I waited in the waiting area until 420pm before I just left. This is why its important to be able to call to see how busy a business is. That option wasnt available. Poor customer service and no acknowledgement of their tardiness nor was I approached about how long it may take while or before I was told to sit. Unacceptable. The only nice thing was the apology from them when I left. I said its okay I just want my toes done in a timely fashion. I was called by Jay who offered a discount and a better experience if I would try one more time. Well needless to say I was very impressed today 2/1 when I came in. He was kind actually talked to me and gave me other resources I needed. Jay did a magnificent job and I WILL BE BACK SOON. Places like this that offer to make things right is just what this world needs more of

Catherine Williams Absolutely in love with my nails! The team did an outstanding job, and the salon itself was elegant and peaceful. The whole experience was worth every penny, and I’m already counting down the days until my next appointment!

Mercedes Ortiz I’m giving a two star because I loved the shape of my almond nails. Yes, it has been 3 weeks, but my nails are popping off like press-ons. Every nail lifted at the cuticle and it was a fresh full set. I stopped in this shop because my usual nail tech was out on vacation. I won’t be going back. My pedicure was sub par. I didn’t have the time to address it at the moment, but they barely cleaned underneath the toe nails and barely buffed the skin. Overpriced for mediocre services.

Noya Nagasaki Messed up my nails, that i waited 3 hours for them to finish. The nails were looking good until the design, but just black french tips shouldnt take 2 hours. (Original nails are the first 2 photos. The last 2 photos are what they gave me.)

Monica Lebron First and last time I’ll be visiting. Fair priced but poor work. I got a gel x removal and a gel manicure. They used no water for the gel manicure. I felt as he rushed through my gel manicure and left a lot of paint around the skin of my nails. Dee photos for more details They don’t have a good variety of color selection.

nika sunshine Please don’t mind my cuticles pay attention to the details of my nails. It’s been almost a month since I had a refill. Each finger is even and they never break off I’ve tried so many different nail salons since I’ve moved to lake county and I Stumble across KELLY NAILS which is so close to where I Reside. And I never trust anyone else to do my nails other than the husband and wife! Please try them out you will not be disappointed also they do designs… the pedicures are great as well.

Luie Merced Friendly people but I took my sister to get her nails done at first the nails looked good even though he did them fast but when u looked them good I looks like a child did them be careful he dont not shape them or anything he filled over the other nails and was done put one top coat 35 bucks nice guy need more experience it like clown nails

Susie Morales Well I felt like I stepped back into the 90’s from the paint on the walls to the manicure pictures hanging on the wall , it was my first time there, it’s not the most cleanest or modern looking salon but they did what I needed.I went in for a pedicure with no chip removal and regular manicure and for the price(total $40) I think it was a nice job. I did notice that a lot of the clients seem to be returning clients for acrylic full set nails, i overheard a customer say that she drives 2 hours just for there full sets , so that lead me to believe that they might be really good at full sets. I will be honest and say that I don’t think I will be returning there unless I’m not able to find a nail salon that is able to get me booked in. I gave them 4 stars for the fast service and price plus all the staff is very friendly.

Ashley Hicks I don’t know how to feel I went here a year ago when I was pregnant and had an amazing experience. But I just was in this salon for a pedi and the service was pretty terrible. I was having a rough day to start but then I went here and my pedicure water was freezing I had to ask multiple times to warm it up yet a regular came in and got a hot pedicure soak right away. Also I said I wanted square toes. My toenails were long when I came in because I am a busy mom and hadn’t had a pedicure in 3 months. But she cut them completely down so there was nothing to square and one toe was way shorter than the other one.& they polish job was terrible.They were so short it hurt when she filed them I was in tears. Then they were nice enough to let me charge my phone but my phone kept saying no signal so I asked if I could use there phone to call my husband to pick me up and they made a big deal about it. Also I asked how much for gel pedicure they said 55 but they charge 2 dollars for the card and honestly my husband transferred the money to me and she kept charging 57 finally she took two dollars off for my un matching big toenail and it went through for 55 but she made me feel like i wasn’t going to pay or something. Whole time I just needed to reset my iPhone and didn’t know. But I’m like geesh you saw my husband drop me off and he is coming to pick me up I just want to use the phone. I won’t be going back this was nothing like my experience when I was pregnant.

Gigi Cruz I brought in a nail inspiration and Lexi was able to make it come true. This is my second time coming to her and I was referred by a friend. Shes clean, shes meticulous, she takes her time Overall very nice! The blue nails was my first set with her and the green was the inspo nails she was able to complete! Absolutely in love!

Also special thanks to Brian, he takes care of everyone and is very customer oriented! For past years I can tell never have I heard customers complaining about anyone here. The atmosphere is very welcoming and I see a lot of same faces and returning customers each time I go. Beside mani and pedi I also do my eyebrows waxing at this place. Julie Leston I mostly see Lexi and she consistently does an amazing job with my Dip manicures and pedicures. I have also seen Jenny and she is amazing as well. I have seen others when they weren’t available and they were good as well. I highly recommend this salon.

I have a toe that can possibly be hard to make an acrylic on since i damaged my nail long time ago and she was able to make an acrylic nail and I finally have all my toes. Other nail techs would tell me they can’t do nothing but Susy made it happen and it’s looks a great. Good vibe overall in that place. Loved my nails soo much!

Melissa Avella Don’t go here. I wish I could leave zero stars. They did a “pedicure” and cut my toe and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. Then, I tried to get a manicure done and she proceeded to paint my nails without even shaping them. After all of this, they still charged me $35 for cutting my toe. Absolutely unbelievable. I will tell everyone not to go here.

Kimberly Palmer Worst experience. My mother and I went in and everything was rushed. Didn’t even let me look at the colors (showed the first picture of what I wanted and he matched the colors not me) before they were put on my nails. Which were the wrong colors. Design I asked for was very sloppy. If you can’t do the design say that instead of saying you can. NEVER wasting my money here again.

Damita Patterson 0/10 Wouldn’t Recommend! I really hate that this place is hit or miss when it comes to executing nail designs. They always say they can do it but never quite “Do It”. Today I went in for a fill and also had my niece with me who was in need of a full set. My fill in was $90 and my nieces full set was $95. Neither one of our sets was worth the money paid!! I literally could cry right now because I’m so dissatisfied with my nails. I really wish I hadn’t sat there and allowed him to play on my nails. Today’s my last time ever coming here again!! And I mean it! I’d rather try other places before coming back here. Tomorrow I’ll be trying another salon where hopefully they can reshape and design my nails how I’d like.

I didn’t argue with them about their prices although I should have but I’m not that kind of person and as they start doing my nails, they had nasty dirty looking acrylic but she did use a new acrylic brush on my hands so I didn’t really make a fuss, but now my hands itch Never go here . My second time giving this place a chance never again.
