Jocelyn Shieldse I went in to get 3 pedicures done, (1 service was not getting color, gel, clear coat, none of that) and I left very unsatisfied. Service was terrible. My deep red nail color was bright red that you could see through. They kept asking me if I wanted the higher priced packages by turning the page on the given option sheet, then pointing at the higher price saying, “you want this one”. I had to tell them 5 times I wanted the $40 regular pedicure. I made it very clear from their selection which one I wanted by pointing, circling, saying “no, I want this one”. They did this to me and my friends. After everything was finished they charged me for three different priced pedicures. My service lasted about 30 minutes. Paid $200 for cheap work at an over priced experience.

Katie Miller Got in very quickly, service was very nice but my nails were very low quality, broke a nail first day after having them put on and I also got my eyebrows done and after I left and looked in the mirror more closely my eyebrows were yellow and they are supposed to be dark brown. Was very frustrated with this. Especially since I paid $80. Wish I could give more stars but right now I can only give two. **EDIT*** okay thank you for a response! Whats the best way I should contact you?

harley chapman Tell a friend to tell a friend….theyre back and better than ever. I got a full set and a pedicure and I received excellent service from both the man and woman that worked in there. I was extremely pleased with my the friendliness and the flexibility they offered beings I was called into work and had to come back. I’m very pleased with the price and service I got from regal nails. I will most definitely be returning!!

Smith Samantha (Sammie) So I came here in March to get my hair done. The person doing my hair did nothing like I wanted. Not even the same color as in the picture and was not listening about how I wanted hair cut. After the 3rd time of asking I finally just stopped. Im putting up pictures to show. Anyways the owner said she would go back over my hair but we would have to wait about a month to let my current color fade some. Well when the time came my hair was still pretty dark so over the phone I suggested waiting a little longer. She agreed and I got scheduled for another 3 weeks out. When I got there for my hair we discussed the color I was wanting. Now mind you we had this conversation once which is why she said we had to wait in the 1st place. I am told no. She said to go lighter we would need to bleach and that was supposed to be for my last apt that I missed. (I was in the hospital) she said technically I should have gotten my hair fixed with in 2 weeks from when it got done and I should be paying for this apt. So I had to choose a color that could go over a dark red. SMH will never come back to place.

Nikki Mau The last time I paid someone else to do my hair, it was AWFUL. They totally messed everything up from cut to color. So it has been over a decade since anyone has touched my hair aside from myself. My sister recommended Escape Day Spa when my boyfriend suggested a little pampering for my hair. I was nervous and not very confident that it would turn out very well. But I am so glad I went here. My hair was wrecked from breakage using hair ties all of the time and I had some CRAZY split ends Im sure (although she never said a word about it lol) The stylist was awesome, even through my shakes and twitches (high stress makes them worse and knocks out my ability to sit still for more than a few seconds without my head or neck spasming or twitching). She was knowledgeable and patient and it felt awesome to have her work with my hair. The color turned out FANTASTIC and my boyfriend LOVES it and so do I. Even my youngest daughter couldnt stop playing with it when I got home yesterday lol. Long story short, if you want a quality experience, go to Escape Day Spa. Thanks ladies!

Roxie Moore I highly recommend the sinus massage. It was so relaxing and if youve never had one, you should really try it. Your head neck and shoulders will thank you. I cant wait for my next massage.

Judy Wells Best pedicure and manicure I have ever had. Quinn was so good at her job. I highly recommend her. I have been having my nails done for ovr 15 years and this was the best.

Mariah Davis Quinn did a great job on my nails and my eyebrows you should ask for her she takes her time and talks to you she made my experience very relaxing

Nicole Brown Will NOT go back! I decided to give them a try for a fill since I couldn’t get an appointment with my normal nail lady at Signature.. HUGE MISTAKE The lady at table 9 HURT me. Literally 8/10 of my fingers bled & 2 days later I’m scabbed & it’s painful to wash my hair, do the dishes, etc. staff was friendly but that’s THE ONLY positive I have to say about it.

Perfect Muffin I havent been here in a few years went back yesterday and when I say Im so impressed with the nails I got done the guy gave me 100% what I wanted and he even loved them we had good conversation and laughs thru the whole time

Michelle Bryant I will NEVER go back again! I had a $150 full set done, it wasnt EVEN a week, and they started to break!! I kept going back to get them fixed! Then, 2 more broke and I went back today and Peter was RUDE!! The same day I got my nails done, I paid $70 for a pedicure!! Never do I NOT tip them!! This isnt the first time I spent money with them!! YOUR LOSS!!

Sara Marzbannia After 6 months of searching for a nail salon in the Danville area I am so glad I tried out Alexz Nails! I have finally found my nail salon I absolutely love my nails, I got dip polish and they are so even and smooth they look perfect. I also got my eyebrows done and she did an amazing job. I will 100% be back!!!

Hana Della Sala I had a lovely first time EVER getting my nails done here! My set looks absolutely stunning and I felt the price was fair for what I got! I got stiletto acrylics with a design and they’re so cute! Super excited and happy with them:)) The guy who did them was Peter, definitely recommend.

Carmen Johnson The man that did my nails was very nice and I had no pain at all When he was doing my nails, and there Is A few splotchy parts, if you can see in the picture, but they are very small and you wouldn’t be able to tell unless you look very closely. The place Was nice and all the employees were kind and gentle. I definitely recommend going here awesome service and awesome nails. Only 50 dollars for this set!!

Heather Bonebrake Good work for a reasonable price. Can be a little snarky at times. But better than the rest in town so it is worth it. Typical nail salon.

angie simpson Since moving here from Florida Ive been searching for a great nail salon. Ben was fantastic. The nail salon was professional, clean, and had a great atmosphere. They have a huge variety of colors to choose from and all the latest trends. My nails are EXACTLY as I like them. Im so happy to have finally found a great nail salon and look forward to having Ben do my nails again.

ella I got my nails done recently, I got a pedicure the $35 dollar one and I wanted just some gel on my nails that I could have probably done at home. They charged me $90 for a pedicure and a manicure with just some simple gel. Not to forget, the paint is already chipping after not even a full week of having them. Good atmosphere, just will not be going back.
