Mercedes Colon The young lady who assisted me on the phone and who completed my services were both very nice and helpful, but I do not like this salon. Low quality wax, small wax pots so she kept running out. Expensive prices with low quality wax, no thanks.

Larson A (Professor Larson) Megan, the owner or head manager, has been beyond helpful with assisting me for my wedding. Melissa is my hair stylist and Drea is my makeup artist. My trials with each went very well - good listeners and understood my vision.

jeremiah brown Stopped in 40 minutes before closing time to purchase a gift certificate for a birthday gift. Was told by person at the desk they had already turned off their computers. Explained that it was for a birthday present the next day and was told it wasnt happening. Very disappointing, but luckily it caused me to read the other recent reviews and apparently I at least saved the birthday gift recipient some unnecessary disappointment.

Ashley Jamison My daughter went here to get her nails done for the first time for homecoming. They were amazing and very informative on how to care for them and what to expect. They answered all her questions and didn’t try to rush through the whole thing

Liza Cole I never experienced such horrible service in my life. I told him I wanted a coffin shape and they gave me Square I told him three times when The guy was filing my nails, make sure make them skinny and narrow, so whatever he did not so I said I’m still paying for this, but these ain’t coffin just so you know these are square and they’re persisting to tell me no these are coffin shape. I’m gonna insert a picture and I want everyone to see also when I was paying I was saying to him, can’t we just agree that these are square persisted to try to take my card out of my hands and I said hold it. I’m paying then he wanted to get a nail clippers and clip off my nails while I’m standing up paying. All of them are different shapes the best part of it. I said they are not coughing, but they are square. I’m still paying so they get the point. I’m not trying to get out of paying, but they persisted to raise their voices at me. if there was an option to give it zero stars I would’ve I have never seen such horrible service in my life

Liz Wylder Boyer My husband and I went in for a pedicure the first time and have been coming back a lot!! It is amazing everytime!!!- Angel and Tina worked on us the first time. We also got paraffin wax, hot stones, sugar scrub and I got no chip Polish. Venus nail salon is open 7 days a week. They do take walk-ins. But I would recommend an appointment...especially around holidays!!

Kate Chen Omg! if I can give more stars, I would! This the best set of nails I ever got. Leticia was super friendly and welcoming. She is amazing at her work and everyone should go to her! I support small WOMEN-Owned business and she slays the game! Additionally, I asked for her to help me create my graduation nails, and she was so open and helpful with helping me figure out what I want. Plus she is a wonderful mother and hard working business women! Definitely found a nail tech that I will go back to! You will not be disappointed! Leticia is a Queen!

Kassandra Ramirez I hardly get to do my nails because of work but I had a wedding to go to and I was recommended to Leticia. I didnt realize until the day of the appointment that she was an hour drive away from where I live. But she did NOT disappoint and I would make that drive again. She was amazing and did exactly what I wanted. She knows her stuff and is super friendly she made my appointment very enjoyable! It felt like I was just chatting up with a friend.

Jennifer McMaster Finally! A nail tech who’s not only great at what they do, but fun to chat with. Professional, clean, detailed. Did an amazing job on both my nails and daughters nails extremely satisfied. Happy to have found a nail tech in town.

Kelly R The place was clean and able to get us in right away, so that was a plus. They didnt do a good job on my nails, but the other persons looked fine. After talking me into upgrading what I wanted to spend more money, I actually got less coverage of my nail. I asked about it during the process and he just looked at my nails and kept doing what he was doing. Also didnt use a cuticle pushing tool, didnt even touch my cuticles until after coloring, which is all backwards. And politics got involved which was kind of uncomfortable in a place that should be relaxing. With as many choices as we have, I will not return there. So many other better places.

Valerie Hong I have been going to Jacquelyn for about 15 yrs. She is awesome!!! I get a mani and pedi. I was afraid at first to do the pedi,but am so glad I did it. My nails and toenails look great. I get lots of compliments!!! The photos show what I got done today to celebrate the 4th of July!!! Beautiful as usual!!!

tracy barrenger Mercedes is awesome,she does a great job on my daughters hair. However, twice i had my nails done by the guy and both times my nails looked terrible. I will take my daughter to Mercedes but never get nails done there again

Janet Ajster This is an awesome salon! Hair, manicures, pedicures and fabulous shopping! Sheilas creativity really shines & the boutique items she sells are unique and reasonably priced. The stations are properly divided and all covid safety protocols are strictly followed. I very highly recommend Atmosphere!

Sabrina Tassoni I visited this salon years ago and today received a long marketing email detailing how the salon is a welcoming environment particularly for neurodivergent individuals - the email reminded me of my experience there in which I had received a balayage, the stylist didn’t have enough time to finish the service so I had to leave with wet unfinished hair. I came back another day to have someone else finished it. I remember paying the most I’ve ever paid for a hair service and being generally dissatisfied with the experience. The email I received reminded me of the experience and particularly bothered me as it detailed a very different image of the salon I had visited

Stacey Cave Stevie did a great job with my hair . The place was very welcoming . The owner showed me around . I love the fact that they support green products. The spray they used on my hair wasn’t overpowering definitely highly recommended.

Brandon Nelson Super cozy place! When I walked into SJs new place I was blow away by how warm and welcoming it was! It was really nice that each stylist has their own room and you are able to have a private experience! I have been going to SJ forever and this is definitely next level!

Marcey Zamora I had a deep tissue massage with Jackie. I have a lot of significant cervical and lumbar spine problems. I have had many massages in the past at other places, and I felt better afterwards but nothing like how I feel after this massage. I cannot remember the last time my neck felt this good. I will definitely be returning.

Cinthia Barrientos Bad service, as much as the treatment she gives, she charged me 3 dollars for a cheto that is worth 10 dollars for 8 small chetos and because my son wet the paper by accident plus a small water bottle bad service I dont recommend it I give it one star because if not I didnt upload the message I didnt like my ugly nails I hope you dont go to this place I dont recommend it

Moriah Terrell Oh. Em. Gee. So much better than I expected. I’ve seen Yovi’s work on their IG and TikTok, so I knew it was going to be great. But Yovi is INCREDIBLE. They are very communicative, explain every part of the process, and they are more than happy to educate you if you’ve never had a certain service done before. Yovi made sure to check in with me the entire time, conversation flowed wonderfully, and the vibes were immaculate. I’ve never had GelX nails before, and these are amazing. Light, beautiful, and very comfortable. I gave them an idea of what I wanted, showed them some inspiration pics, and ended up with the cutest nails and most adorable froggie friends, Lenny & Stevie. I can’t wait to see what else we can come up with in the future.

Steffie ODizzle Saige is amazing! Went in for powder ombré brows, and after consulting with her, for my desired look a hybrid brow was a better choice. So so glad I did that as they look amazing! Also got a lash lift and tint. I’ve had those before but this one lifted my lashes to sky high! She ensures that you are comfortable during your procedure. The decor of the lobby makes you feel like you’re in a magazine in the best of ways. Wonderful place!

Erin Drinkwine This was our first visit, and we were really impressed. Very fancy massage chairs for the pedicures. Its nice and clean. They offered pop, water, wine, coffee. We did the deluxe pedicure, and it is worth it for the extra ten minute massage. It was not busy on a Saturday afternoon. We will definitely be back. Tam and Kelly did an amazing job.
