2 /5 Mercedes Colon: The young lady who assisted me on the phone and who completed my services were both very nice and helpful, but I do not like this salon. Low quality wax, small wax pots so she kept running out. Expensive prices with low quality wax, no thanks.

5 /5 Larson A (Professor Larson): Megan, the owner or head manager, has been beyond helpful with assisting me for my wedding. Melissa is my hair stylist and Drea is my makeup artist. My trials with each went very well - good listeners and understood my vision.

1 /5 jeremiah brown: Stopped in 40 minutes before closing time to purchase a gift certificate for a birthday gift. Was told by person at the desk they had already turned off their computers. Explained that it was for a birthday present the next day and was told it wasnt happening. Very disappointing, but luckily it caused me to read the other recent reviews and apparently I at least saved the birthday gift recipient some unnecessary disappointment.

4 /5 Carrie Wacker: The massages are wonderful. The service is sweet. Had a wonderful technician for a no chip polish French manicure. Seemed a bit pricey. They did do a repair at the sixth day because it had started to come up. Im just shy of two weeks and here are photos to show but it wore good and I did like the way it looked.

1 /5 Kim Dixon: Very disappointing experience from a salon that I used to frequent. Although the therapist was quite friendly, the skills were lacking. The room was extremely cold as were the "warm" towels placed on my back that eventually became cold wet towels. I expressed that I mainly wanted my back, shoulders, and neck worked on, however it was my legs that the therapist concentrated on. It was a very underwhelming experience overall only to be finished by questioning the $4.00 house fee on my bill. The receptionist responded by telling me she did not know what it was for, only that she knew that the salon started charging said fee during COVID but she didnt know what it was for now.
