1 /5 Sabrina Tassoni: I visited this salon years ago and today received a long marketing email detailing how the salon is a welcoming environment particularly for neurodivergent individuals - the email reminded me of my experience there in which I had received a balayage, the stylist didn’t have enough time to finish the service so I had to leave with wet unfinished hair. I came back another day to have someone else finished it. I remember paying the most I’ve ever paid for a hair service and being generally dissatisfied with the experience. The email I received reminded me of the experience and particularly bothered me as it detailed a very different image of the salon I had visited
