Elena Lenz This location is an animal house! The parking lot is storage for semi truck drivers that visit for days and leave their garbage in over filled garbage cans! Grocery carts are all over the grounds and beyond the actual property. Litter all over . The inside of this location is crazy! Nothing is ever in its place. Nothing in this store is neat!

Ammar Ismail I am a big fan of Walmart, but I love this one because it’s bigger than most of Walmarts. I’ve been to a lot of choices specially, for my car and my truck. They have lots of things that I can find in other Walmarts like big pockets engine oil.

NOREEN B Love this place! Marla is a professional and knows nails like no other. I had been going to different salons in the past and this is the first that takes into consideration the health of my nails! No drills or electric tools coming for your nails here - which are very bad for your nails! Has different products as she knows not everything product works for every client. The salon is a nice cozy space, making it feel like youre the only client!!

kennywood83 Just took our Maggie & Lucy to Happy Tails and love how they look. The prices are reasonable and every dog in there looked calm and happy. Lucy is 4 months old and very energetic but they were able to give her a nice cut and they smell amazing! Thank you

M&M I definitely recommend happy tails! I have always been satisfied with their work. They treat every dog in there like their own. Every time I take my dog he comes back well groomed and smelling good.

Bertha martinez First time taking my puppy Butters to this place and I am very satisfied. Previously was taking him to PetSmart and for the longest I was trying to find a better groomers. This place doesn’t disappoint, great customer service and my puppy looks so adorable. Definitely recommend and I will hopefully be long term customer. Thank you Happy tails ❤️

Nini Maldonado I had a horrible experience at this nail salon. I was in literal tears from the pain of having my acrylic nails removed. I’ve had acrylics taken off before and have never felt anything like this. It felt like the nail tech was ripping off my real nails. He was extremely rough, cut me three times, and I honestly couldn’t take the pain anymore—I didn’t even want him to finish. My nail beds look ruined and are still hurting even after the service. I left feeling traumatized and extremely uncomfortable. I will never return here.

Yariza Mejia Be AWARE. The manager decided to overcharge my teen daughter after I left and paid for my own services. She got a basic manicure and pedicure and was charged $190.55. When I went through transactions and saw the high amount and asked my teen daughter why that amount, she was unsure of what happened but I knew. I knew that it was done intentional, that man knew I had paid for my own services when I left and then added the same services (already paid for) onto a kid’s tab. What makes matters even worse is that he refused to refund me the overcharge. I would say that is theft. The math is not adding up in any way for him to have the audacity to say “idk what she got.” Well I have proof as you can see in the pic, basic. What a pathetic establishment and owners. Stay away.

Isabella Rossi Worst place I’ve ever been too. I’ve been twice and came back a second time to give them another chance. They are always mean and in a bad mood they treat their customers with no care and put no time and effort into the nails. They all look like they don’t want to be there and it’s super unwelcoming. They don’t listen to how you want it, they shape nails terribly and the edges go over my cuticles. My nails look no where near to what the reference photo looked like and way too short, also way too over priced for nails that dont even look like what I asked for. Jenny should get fired.

andy newman I go to Roi. He’s always so accommodating and I never wait more than 5 minutes. He respects my time as a busy man. His work is always on point and I feel so refreshed and clean whenever I leave his chair. I am mixed and have waves and he kills the job!!

VICTOR GRAVES This is crazy. I called and set an appointment for 5 oclock. The last few times that I have been there The Barber has always been a 1/2 hour to an hour overbooked this time I did not get to get in his chair until 7 oclock. Now I have been getting my haircut a certain way for 35 years. I know how I want my haircut. Not. Saying any names, but its the Barber in the middle chair that wears glasses. He chooses to try and cut my hair The way he wants. pushes my lining back And throws my beard lining totally off. Then on another occasion He Tried to put hairspray on my beard To line me up. I have never heard of or seen this. He did this because I told him to stop trying to dry Shave me or dry line me. So I decided to bring my own lining spray. On this particular day I think he didnt like that fact. And I told him to stop cutting my hair a certainway and he got upset. Ive been to barbershops all over this country. And when a person tells you how to cut their hair Thats it Thats how I want it cut. Guess what? He got mad and would not cut my hair. I Dont know if the brother was tired Or what But Customer service is first and foremost Ive been a chef for 15 plus yeand I always listen to my customers. Its hard To find a good Barber And when a Barber tries to treat you like your voice does not matter That really is disparaging. The whole thing is he made me wait 2 hours and then did not want to listen to how I wanted my cut, not how he wanted to cut me. So for future references, listen to your customer bro. Because you have Lost a truly loyal customer who would Have patronize this business for years to come

Seantae Holland Great cut!! Family friendly. The kids felt comfortable getting a cut and we all know how kids can be in the chair. Excellent customer service. Overall, a great atmosphere to come in chat it up and leave looking fresh for the night or ready to start the week.

Victoria Brantley Went there over the weekend to get my nails The guy, Tom rush to do my nails the nail polish was and was clunky on my nails decided to change the color because polish was chunky and looked terrible.up, next up want to get my pedicure. The lady was very upset because her prices was very unclear. They added on additional $10 for everything that was listed on the price sheet they had and then I said it wasn’t clear. She got upset. She d talk her language. She didn’t want to do my feet properly didn’t start screaming and yelling and said you could go elsewhere. You don’t have to come here I’ve been doing nails for 18 years very unprofessional. It was two customers in the place. i’ve been going there for nine years since I moved out from Chicago and she was screaming and yelling very unprofessional. Maybe she had a bad day. I see why a lot of people don’t go to their salon anymore. I will never go back there again if I could give zero stars I would.

Balbina C I paid $40 for no chip and they peeled off by Monday. No wonder why there was no wait when I arrived on Saturday 10/19 afternoon. I will never return to this establishment. People don’t waste your money. I’m still upset that they didn’t even last 1 week.

Steffanie Spangle Walked in fir a no-chip french. Was taken right away. Took about an hour. I can say that even though I was hoping for a design and something a little more unique, this was about the cleanest nail salon Ive been in. I really appreciate the care that they took in making sure everything was clean, from the implements they used on me to the counter I was at was extremely clean. Highly recommend this family run business for your traditional no chip manicure. I will try again, with a pedi.

Jennifer Klosinski I was greeted immediately upon walking in and asked what service I was interested in. I was given a pedicure by Ugi. The tools were clean and there is a big nail polish selection, which I appreciated. They offer an express pedicure if youre in a hurry coupled with nail polish that dries very quickly. This worked great for me. Why Im only giving three stars is because the nail technician was rude to me when I explained how I wanted my nails shaped. After I demonstrated how I wanted them to look, she gave me an attitude the rest of the time. She didnt even clean my nails properly (I had to complete that at home). Also, while I was getting my pedicure, the crew were mopping and cleaning. The cleaning solution was so strong it gave me a headache and my lungs hurt. Please reserve the cleaning for after the clients leave. That is disruptive to the service. The owner also asks all people who enter to wash their hands. The pandemic is over, but upon walking in you will feel like youre still in the middle of it.

Ashley I had a wonderful experience here! I went to Kim for a full gel no chip with design. She helped me look through pictures to make sure I got everything I wanted. They turned out amazing!!! Kim is super nice and i will be returning

Pal I have been going here for around 15 years. I always come away with a well done pedicure or manicure. They are not over priced like some other places. They welcome me by name when I walk in the door. Their leg massages during pedicure are wonderful. I went to Mario T. once because I had a gift card. Never again. It cost almost twice as much; they barely gave a leg massage; and they didnt do a good polish job. I recommend Lovely Nails. Its a nice relaxing atmosphere and I hope theyre around for a long time.

Cheri Jaime I see Cynthia for my nails and Kate for waxing. I love the vibe in this salon! From the front desk to anyone you talk to, everyone is friendly and helpful. Both Cynthia and Kate are professionals , friendly and easy to talk to. I love how they are both perfectionists as well! They ALWAYS do a great job and I don’t worry about my services being done well! Hats off to Kate and Cynthia and Salon Verranno staff!

Ryan Broertjes My daughter gets her hair cut by Journey! She is the kindness and nicest person and always listens to my daughter to see what she wants done with her hair. My daughter will not let anybody touch her hair besides Journey. Best Salon around with the best employees. Thank you ladies

Amarilys Mixon This is a school I did not realize when I booked. The services are slightly less expensive than a traditional salon. The students are all very polite but some leave more to be desired than others. The young lady who did my manicure left my nails looking un-manicured, she seemed distracted and left nail poslish everywhere. I spent my entire pedicure cleaning them up but could still not get it all. (See photo) I understand she is a student but the instructor should have checked her work and given feedback. Especially because I paid for my services they were not free. The young lady who did my pedicure was much more detail oriented and pleasant if I return I would ask for her again. She asked my opinion and made adjustments as needed. Also, both services took a total of three and a half hours which was way longer than I expected to spend getting my nails done. Full service location but lacking that luxury spa asthetic

Prinses Hemphill I never write reviews but this place is a hidden jewel. A student told me about the services. I was glad they had scheduled appointments. Upon arriving was greeted so nicely at the door that it felt like they knew me. I appreciate how clean and sanitized the stations were. I had my mom who’s a senior with me and the nail tech was really caring and patient with her. I went in for a quick Polish change and decided to get gel nail extensions and a no chip French manicure. After a week of dishwashing and house work, no breaks, chips and It still looks great!

Yolanda Saenz This place is absolutely terrible! Instruction is spent hearing about the teachers /owners life. Graduation rate and dates are rescheduled constantly with the owner asking for more money and claims the student did not do or pass tests. Therefore extending graduation dates, charging more fees and never approving hours and tests for the state boards. Over 4k spent and never returned. Not BBB ACCREDITED! Warning do not attend this school or get services. Lacks the structure it needs. These poor young women are being taken advantage of. And the overseers/associations need to be called ASAP.

Andrea Hood I have been good to Luminous in Libertyville for a year now. I have been getting my nails done for almost 20 years and I have been to many different nail salons so I can confidently say that I know about good and bad services and I am very picky!!! Nomi does my nails and I absolutely love it! They look so good and delicate and they last so long which I think was what sold them because I have a toddler and a newborn and not a lot of time to spare. About the “weird” vibes, I honestly don’t feel that. It is a very quiet place. Not the salon where you’ll go and chat with the person in front of you. For me personally that’s what I want… quietness and relaxation away from a hectic house with my two littles. I would definitely recommend!

My daughter recommended this place, which is under new management, called Anita’s Hair Salon.They do any type of hairstyles, even high, medium and low fades, tape-ups, line-ups and everything else, in between. My first stylist was Erika(2nd chair), she made me feel welcomed and ran down what she was doing, while cutting my hair. I wanted a skin fade, with the top cut evenly, shave. She did an amazing job, I was very impressed with her work, that I even took my grandson,for his haircut. My 2nd stylist, was Laura(1st chair), within 1/2 hour, she was done cutting my hair. Anita’s Hair Salon I definitely recommend, for the entire family, to get there haircuts. I advise calling and making an appointment, they get really busy, they except C.C, cash and have parking.

Dianna Uri I have been a loyal customer of Legacy Salon and Spa for quite some time and have always had a wonderful experience with Amareli. However, my recent visit left me feeling quite disappointed and sad. I went in for a haircut and color but the results were far from what I expected. The haircut was uneven and the color was not what I had asked for. I returned to the salon to get it fixed, but unfortunately, the stylist seemed to have trouble understanding the adjustments I wanted. Despite my efforts to explain, I felt overwhelmed by the constant questioning and unfamiliar words and I told her to just dye it back to my regular color. To make matters worse, I had to take the day off work to try and get this “fixed” bc I couldn’t walk into work like this. The experience has left me feeling quite disheartened, especially given my previous positive experiences. I spent $308 for basically an ok haircut.

Ashley Hood One of the best salons I’ve ever been to in the Chicagoland area. I always leave with a hairstyle and color that I love. Jada is such a great stylist, she’s so sweet and always listens to what l want. 10/10!

Alexis Rodriguez Amareli is amazing! Every time she works her magic, Im thrilled with the results. Whats even better is that my hair looks great as it grows out. I cant recommend her enough!
