1 /5 Nini Maldonado: I had a horrible experience at this nail salon. I was in literal tears from the pain of having my acrylic nails removed. I’ve had acrylics taken off before and have never felt anything like this. It felt like the nail tech was ripping off my real nails. He was extremely rough, cut me three times, and I honestly couldn’t take the pain anymore—I didn’t even want him to finish. My nail beds look ruined and are still hurting even after the service. I left feeling traumatized and extremely uncomfortable. I will never return here.

1 /5 Yariza Mejia: Be AWARE. The manager decided to overcharge my teen daughter after I left and paid for my own services. She got a basic manicure and pedicure and was charged $190.55. When I went through transactions and saw the high amount and asked my teen daughter why that amount, she was unsure of what happened but I knew. I knew that it was done intentional, that man knew I had paid for my own services when I left and then added the same services (already paid for) onto a kid’s tab. What makes matters even worse is that he refused to refund me the overcharge. I would say that is theft. The math is not adding up in any way for him to have the audacity to say “idk what she got.” Well I have proof as you can see in the pic, basic. What a pathetic establishment and owners. Stay away.

1 /5 Isabella Rossi: Worst place I’ve ever been too. I’ve been twice and came back a second time to give them another chance. They are always mean and in a bad mood they treat their customers with no care and put no time and effort into the nails. They all look like they don’t want to be there and it’s super unwelcoming. They don’t listen to how you want it, they shape nails terribly and the edges go over my cuticles. My nails look no where near to what the reference photo looked like and way too short, also way too over priced for nails that dont even look like what I asked for. Jenny should get fired.

2 /5 Kelsey Garcia: I really wanted to try this place out despite all the bad reviews. I am giving this 2 stars, one earned for local business and 2nd because they offer a wide variety of services. I booked 3 pedicures. Myself, my daughter and my mother. When we were seated my mother and daughter had great service. My nail tech, was mediocre. All was fine until he pulled out the callus tool and rubbed so hard that my skin came off and I was bleeding. He failed to notice until I said something. He failed to clean it and just put liquid bandage on me. Plenty of workers kept coming by saying things to him, it was Embarrassing. He didn’t clean my toes, ya know get all that satisfying stuff out between skin and nail. I had to ask for that to be done. Nail polish left on my skin. I hate to leave a bad review but I didn’t receive what I paid for and left with a wound. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.

4 /5 Elizabeth N: I would go back. I walked in for an evening no chip manicure, nothing fancy and they got me right in. I saw Lyly and she did the dang thing. The place is nice and everyone I encountered was friendly. I wouldn’t give the full star rating because I cringe at $35 for just a no chip manicure…but that’s pretty much the cost everywhere.
