2 /5 Dianna Uri: I have been a loyal customer of Legacy Salon and Spa for quite some time and have always had a wonderful experience with Amareli. However, my recent visit left me feeling quite disappointed and sad. I went in for a haircut and color but the results were far from what I expected. The haircut was uneven and the color was not what I had asked for.
I returned to the salon to get it fixed, but unfortunately, the stylist seemed to have trouble understanding the adjustments I wanted. Despite my efforts to explain, I felt overwhelmed by the constant questioning and unfamiliar words and I told her to just dye it back to my regular color. To make matters worse, I had to take the day off work to try and get this “fixed” bc I couldn’t walk into work like this. The experience has left me feeling quite disheartened, especially given my previous positive experiences. I spent $308 for basically an ok haircut.
