1 /5 Victoria Brantley: Went there over the weekend to get my nails The guy, Tom rush to do my nails the nail polish was and was clunky on my nails decided to change the color because polish was chunky and looked terrible.up, next up want to get my pedicure. The lady was very upset because her prices was very unclear. They added on additional $10 for everything that was listed on the price sheet they had and then I said it wasn’t clear. She got upset. She d talk her language. She didn’t want to do my feet properly didn’t start screaming and yelling and said you could go elsewhere. You don’t have to come here I’ve been doing nails for 18 years very unprofessional. It was two customers in the place. i’ve been going there for nine years since I moved out from Chicago and she was screaming and yelling very unprofessional. Maybe she had a bad day. I see why a lot of people don’t go to their salon anymore. I will never go back there again if I could give zero stars I would.

1 /5 Balbina C: I paid $40 for no chip and they peeled off by Monday. No wonder why there was no wait when I arrived on Saturday 10/19 afternoon. I will never return to this establishment. People don’t waste your money. I’m still upset that they didn’t even last 1 week.

1 /5 Jessica A: I would not recommend this place to anyone, I went to get my nails taken off and when he did a whole new set, the nails were thick and ugly. I told him I wanted them thin and more of a natural look. Asked for French and the French was horrible so made him change it to a solid color. The lady who does pedicures rushed through the whole thing only took one minute to massage each leg had 5 customers ahead of me that all had to be done by her. Not worth the money at all. I felt super rushed out and 98$ straight to the garbage. The place was a red flag with it being dirty but I was trying to give it the benefit of the doubt! Smh never again!!

1 /5 Demetria Nelson: My first experience was not a great experience. My nails were beautiful but the owner had a bad attitude. When you have a business that’s says that it’s opened until 2 pm on a Sunday means just that. I called prior to coming in and I was told that I could come in by noon. After getting my nails done he tells me that it’s Sunday and that what his ours are during the week. I said okay and at this point I’m getting a polish change on my feet. As I’m sitting waiting on my feet to dry, keep in mind I did get gel polish. He hands me a pair of flip flops and tells me that I can wear them out. Basically it was time for me to leave because he had something to do. I left no tip and he is extremely rude! He should have told me that he was closing early when I called. I won’t be going back to them. I guess they needed my money! No respect and terrible customer service!
