Trisha Rolandelli Absolutely loved my pedi and mani at 7AM byBrianna- she was amazing! I dont get my nails done hardly ever so she took extra care to show me the different options for my gelx extensions and some colors i was thinking about. I was very nervous walking in but she took great care of me and looking forward to going back. We Landed on white pearl chrome for my wedding and absolutely love them!

Liz Alexander Jill did a fantastic job! She is diligent and detail oriented, really taking care to make sure your nails turn out looking their best. I have also been to this location one other time and my gel manicure lasted perfectly for over a month. Updated March 2025: had another fantastic experience with Jill. She is extremely thorough and does wonderful work. Will definitely be back!

Vinaya Gogineni Had my first appointment with the 7am nail salon and had the pleasure of meeting Jill. She did my gel removal, shaping, and builder gel application. Jill was not only extremely professional but was also so meticulous, talented, and patient. I would definitely return for her services and recommend her to others! Overall, the salon employees were all so kind and welcoming, and I also really appreciated how clean the entire salon was. Jill continued to do a spectacular job at my next appointment. I requested a change in shape after the initial filing and she was so understanding and went out of her way to make sure I left with exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail and warmth/kindness made the session so lovely and enjoyable.

DeAndrea Matlock Ive been going to Venice Nails for years now. Any expo picture I’ve shown them they have made it look the exact same… I came on my birthday yesterday and they did such a good job. They got my nails really close to the expo picture.

Kay Kay I walked in to a welcoming, friendly and comfortable environment. Every worker was polite and helpful. Mr Van and Mrs Cindy are aimed to please their customers. Mr. Van did my nails and happily did everything I asked for. My cuticles are clean, and he polishes near the cuticle line like I requested. I got out in enough time to make it to work. Hopefully they continue to make us proud and keep up the great work. I hope my nails last long enough in between fill ins. My other services were done nicely also. I do plan on going back.

Michelle Juarez Don’t come here. I now have to go tomorrow to a new salon to get this fixed. Stay away! I communicated numerous times what I wanted. Cindy had to redo my nail because literally there was an indent where she drilled too hard into my nail bed. Then after I asked for the 5th time for chrome the manager came over to discover piece of nail debris in the paint. Literally the worst experience ever. And I still had to pay $85 for literally nothing as I go get these redone tomorrow. Update- my pedicure has fragments in it and is all bumpy. This is not normal.

Senaya Rosales I’ve been here several times and every time I leave obsessed with my nails! Everyone here is super nice, talented, and detail oriented! I’ve been in Chicago for years now and I’ve finally found my go to nail salon. I wish I saved all my pictures of my nails throughout but here’s a couple of my recents, so simple and cute.

Genesis Martinez Linh was the best! She was so sweet but also did a phenomenal job. I’m obsessed with the color she helped me find and everyone was so friendly and welcoming there. I will be back! Their online booking is super user friendly as well

Sadie Benning Laura is amazing at nail art and very personable. I had a nail injury that she worked around and was extremely gentle. Been coming here for 6+ months, love getting builder gel done here and amazing pedicures as well!

Madelyn Alexander $60 for a special effect gel polish with a $15 tip. My first time here and everyone was so sweet and efficient. Literally a perfect manicure except for one little bubble on my thumb but that definitely could have been my fault. I’m so obsessed! Fair price for downtown and very quick service. Booked same day, I called about an hour and a half ahead of my appointment. Amazing! I’m so in love love love! I will definitely come back for my next manicure. Tina was amazing, she took great care of my natural nails and shaped them perfectly, checked with me before and after each step to make sure I liked it, and was just the type of service I like. She even took the time to shape my very much smaller pinkie, which other nail techs can’t seem to do well but Tina slayed. I have nothing bad to say except I’d love to get more complex manicures and I wasn’t sure how complex their nail artists can get. But I can’t wait to come back!

Sylvia Stoney My daughter and I were visiting from out of state and Gina was very accommodating with our appointment request. Gina and her team are very friendly and professional. My daughter’s GelX nails came out beautifully and my pedicure and eyebrows services were Great! I highly recommend Gina’s Magic Nails!

Mihika Sajip Was my first time at Gina’s salon and I am a happy customer! It was a short wait past my appointment time because of the number of customers present. But since i went in after work, i had nowhere to be. So, not complaining! Ice (sorry if I’m spelling her name wrong) did a wonderful job and was very sweet. I’m not regular with manicures.. so she walked me through the process with each step, which I thought was very nice of her! Gina was also lovely during the small interactions i had with her. I’ll definitely be coming back, and hopefully bringing some friends too!

S. A If you’ve been disappointed in the attention to detail before, ask for Lana!! She’s absolutely amazing! She makes my natural nail look beautiful and she listens when I tell her I don’t want thick nails or whatever my preference is. Once you tell her exactly what you like, she’ll make sure it’s delivered. Her attention to detail is magnificent.

Jennifer Nguyen I’m not one to leave reviews but this time I’m just so upset. I’ve been getting dip powder on my natural nails for a long time now through various nail salons and this has never happened. I have always had long nails and chose to do dip to keep them hard and strong to avoid breakage. After the first day of having them 3 of my nails broke and chipped and I went back in to get them fixed which they were nice about. Not even a day later they broke again, my nail didn’t break but the actual dip powder on top of my nail cracked and broke off leaving my bare nail and then my other nail broke. This has never happened to me before. The customer service was great and the salon was very well maintained and the pedicure service was amazing.

Meadow Brenna My friends nails were very short, so I took her to get Gel-X done. She said even though theyre artificial, they feel super light and dont lift at all. At other places, her nails would get brittle and only last a short time. Shes already added New Age Nail to her list of favorite salons.

Christina Wells I came in knowing what style I wanted but not really knowing much about the difference between powder and gel. The nail tech Jimmy was really helpful in explaining everything and making recommendations! He did excellent work and even let me try different colors on my nail to see how it actually looked. I got EXACTLY what I asked for and couldnt be happier! Vibe check: on a Wednesday afternoon the shop was quiet, not too crowded. The staff was friendly and professional!

Yvia Pulido I traveled to Chicago for the holiday. I arrived in Chicago on 12/31/24. I did a walk in around 11am. I originally wanted a dip set, I was later educated by the owner and the young Latina about a technique called Build a nail! I was very unsure of this as I was watched an unfamiliar process. The young Latina was amazing and so much more! She took her time, made every nail perfect, was patient with me when I was unsure of the colors. I went with a nice nude pink base, and a clean French tip. I have added a photo of my nails post 5 days and they still look amazing and also natural! Thank you so much! I will be back and I would highly recommend the young Latina and the technique build a nail which is her specialty. I apologize in advance for not remembering your name!

Cristina Stancu I had a great experience with both Catherine and Jenny at this place for soft gel overlay. Detail oriented, worked super hard to get my hard gel nails off and put up with me changing my mind on color twice (Jenny). My nails turned flawless. This is 2 weeks later and they still look great.

Katherine Paredes Today was my first time here. I just wanted the basic manicure with a non-chip color. They attended to me immediately without an appointment. Catherine was nice and kind, she did lovely work on my nails, I love them and I would definitely come back. The service was great and the price was fair.

Sai Sriya Alla We’re a group of 5 girls who came here for mani - pedis. We were all taken care of very well and we were able to get our visions on to our nails. The technicians here are pretty skillful and they’ll try their best to give you what you want. I actually came back here within a week since one of my nails chipped and they re-did all of my nails for free of cost. Definitely gonna come back here! Thao was my nail technician the second time and totally loved the service.

Kat Hollingsworth Had a great experience at Miniluv Nail Salon. Ronnie was awesome—super detail-oriented and really nailed the look I wanted. I showed a photo for reference, and somehow my nails turned out even better. I really appreciated how clean the salon was, how upfront they were about pricing, and how friendly the whole staff was. No upselling, no weird surprises—just solid service. Also love that it’s right around the corner from my house. I’ll definitely be back.

Mika I loved my experience here! Ive been back multiple times and the price is affordable for what youre getting. My nails typically dont last 4 weeks and Ive had them last 4.5 weeks to 5.5 weeks here at Bedazzled salon. They also do great designs! I got a gel manicure with a french manicure + a design for $71. Edit: I went back and had another lovely experience!! Thank you so much!

Barbi Womack I’m not from here, but my husband found this place and surprised me today with getting my nails done. I found out today that the place back home has been telling me they’re doing gel nails, but were actually doing acrylic. Una was AMAZING! I have a couple hangnails, so she was very careful as to not hurt me while doing a full set of hard gel nails. I actually live in Indiana, but I will be coming back here to get my nails done from now on. I highly recommend this place!!!

Bryana Robinson I usually love this nail salon however, I had a horrible experience today with Aida. I did not originally book with her but I was open to trying her due to them changing the provider last minute. I politely corrected the shape multiple times and even provided a picture of my nails from a previous visit to help aid. After the shape was “good enough” we went on to the French Tip design. After I corrected her on the French Tips twice, I asked if I could just leave the Bubble Bath base that we already had and not do the French Tip. Aida proceeded to wipe the white polish off as if I was doing her a disservice and put the top coat on with a hurry. After one coat of top coat, I noticed that the white polish remained on the edges of my nails therefore I pointed it out which resulted in her filing the white off instead of actually fixing it. I paid for the service and left but returned 10 minutes later because I needed to book the service all over again with one of my original providers. I pointed out the streaky polish and imperfections to Aida which I guess hurt her ego because she started to get snappy and go back and forth with me over why its looks different. “They use a different product that I do.” “Well thats just how it looks.” “I did two coats of clear.” (She didn’t) The cherry on top of the cake is that Aida knew I wasn’t satisfied yet I paid full price today (Oct. 12th) and proceeded to tell me that I will have to pay full price to get what I ORIGINALLY requested when I come back Thursday (Oct. 17th). My mood is completely ruined and I would not recommend her to anyone. Pictures included: 1 picture of service requested with another provider in the shop & multiple pictures of my nails today. UPDATE: After this review, I got contacted by management which were very understanding and apologetic. I went back to Pure Rain and got my nails redone by Henry. He did a good job and customer service is always amazing. I will be coming back for Henry to do my nails.

ska Got a no chip manicure, walk in. They were able to accommodate me without prior appointment. My girl was so sweet and got the job done. She entertained my second guessing on color choice and was very patient and helpful. It was a quiet space. Not crowded. 2 coats of funny bunny and one coat of bubble bath.

SDRB Service is declining! I’ve been coming to this salon every two weeks for over a year and was extremely pleased with the consistently good service. The nail techs are pleasant and professional and the salon is clean and comfortable. The last two visits were unsatisfactory to the point where I had to have my nails redone a few days after my service. Today, there was blood oozing from one of my fingers during service and the polishing technique left my nails looking and feeling bumpy. I hope that the owner monitors the nail techs to ensure that a high quality of service is maintained because I really don’t want to go to another nail salon.

Amber Mathesius I had been looking for a new salon for a while when I stumbled across best nails and now I’m obsessed. Other salons I’ve been to have refused to attempt certain designs I ask for but Asel absolutely killed this design!! She is amazing!! Very creative and great attention to detail! Price is higher than other salons I’ve been to but in my opinion, totally worth it. Staff is friendly, flexible, and talented and these nails stayed on longer than a month! I got the gel extensions which are so much better for your nails and leave your natural nails strong and healthy unlike other acrylics, also making the price reasonable for me personally. Would definitely recommend!

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with warmth and professionalism. The ambiance of the salon is extremely relaxing, music is superb, everything is clean, organized and beautifully decorated! The staff is incredibly skilled and it’s evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction. I have been a client of Vivian’s (Mimi) for at least 10 years and every time I need my nails done, she does not disappoint. She maintains a genuine rapport with her clients and pampers me every time I get my nails done. I have recently gotten my nails done by Katana, refer to the pictures, and she is a true artist. The attention to detail perfectly complimented my style and the quality was top-notch. Overall, they offer a variety of services which is efficient but never rushed! If you are looking for a nail salon that combines exceptional service, skilled professionals, and a luxurious experience, this is the place to go! I definitely recommend you to give it a shot if you haven’t already!

Joy Kim I recently decided to check Sparkle Nail Salon out on a whim due to its convenient location and overall great reviews online, and my experiences were nothing but stellar! I have been to the salon on three separate occasions now for a gel-x full set, a pedicure, and a dip powder full set. From what I’ve experienced, all of the workers are equally talented, friendly, and attentive to my requests. I was previously going to other nail salons in the same neighborhood, but I think this salon is the best in terms of quality, service, and price. I also did not know what to expect of the salon given its location inside the metra station, but the cleanliness of the interior and wide selection of gel polishes and dip powders was quite impressive. (Please note: you can hear trains occasionally [but it’s pretty faint] so bring ear plugs or headphones if you are highly sensitive to noise) Overall, I have no complaints about my visits to Sparkle Nail Salon and will be returning. Highly recommend!

Anneliese Bowles I came today as a walk in to get a fill and polish change. I decided on an ombre look of 240 (DND) and bubble bath (OPI). Son did my nails and they look lovely. Jennifer Winthurst I paid over $85.00 for the Gel X. In one week one nail popped off. Then 2 weeks out another nail popped off. I walked in on a Sunday and was helped right away. I got their Gel X nails with french tips. Very convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful. They also offer waxing and pedicure services.

Caitlin Brangle Katie is so amazing! She does such an incredible job and is fantastic at all types of designs. She pays attention to detail and takes care in making sure you love your nails. She’s so much fun to sit and chat with which makes the entire experience so much better. 10/10 highly recommend!

Alexa Layton 312 Nails is my favorite salon in the city. Nails that last with the best customer service. My nail tech Puje is amazing with nail art. She will make your nail dreams come true! I gave her a couple photos for inspiration and got the most beautiful designs. Puje is the best! I book a few days in advance to make sure I can get on her books. Amazing work everytime!

Tiana Young Obsessed with this salon! The quality of the regular and gel pedicures was top notch. They care so deeply about nail health, gave great advice for a broken nail, handled ingrowns with no issue, and had great color selection. I can’t get over the kindness of the nail techs. They chatted with us so casually like friends and left us wishing we lived in the area so we could come back and see them again. Could not recommend them more!
