2 /5 Bryana Robinson: I usually love this nail salon however, I had a horrible experience today with Aida. I did not originally book with her but I was open to trying her due to them changing the provider last minute. I politely corrected the shape multiple times and even provided a picture of my nails from a previous visit to help aid. After the shape was “good enough” we went on to the French Tip design. After I corrected her on the French Tips twice, I asked if I could just leave the Bubble Bath base that we already had and not do the French Tip. Aida proceeded to wipe the white polish off as if I was doing her a disservice and put the top coat on with a hurry. After one coat of top coat, I noticed that the white polish remained on the edges of my nails therefore I pointed it out which resulted in her filing the white off instead of actually fixing it. I paid for the service and left but returned 10 minutes later because I needed to book the service all over again with one of my original providers. I pointed out the streaky polish and imperfections to Aida which I guess hurt her ego because she started to get snappy and go back and forth with me over why its looks different. “They use a different product that I do.” “Well thats just how it looks.” “I did two coats of clear.” (She didn’t) The cherry on top of the cake is that Aida knew I wasn’t satisfied yet I paid full price today (Oct. 12th) and proceeded to tell me that I will have to pay full price to get what I ORIGINALLY requested when I come back Thursday (Oct. 17th). My mood is completely ruined and I would not recommend her to anyone.

UPDATE: After this review, I got contacted by management which were very understanding and apologetic. I went back to Pure Rain and got my nails redone by Henry. He did a good job and customer service is always amazing. I will be coming back for Henry to do my nails.
