I dont get my nails done hardly ever so she took extra care to show me the different options for my gelx extensions and some colors i was thinking about. I was very nervous walking in but she took great care of me and looking forward to going back. We Landed on white pearl chrome for my wedding and absolutely love them!

5 /5 Liz Alexander: Jill did a fantastic job! She is diligent and detail oriented, really taking care to make sure your nails turn out looking their best. I have also been to this location one other time and my gel manicure lasted perfectly for over a month. Updated March 2025: had another fantastic experience with Jill. She is extremely thorough and does wonderful work. Will definitely be back!

5 /5 Vinaya Gogineni: Had my first appointment with the 7am nail salon and had the pleasure of meeting Jill. She did my gel removal, shaping, and builder gel application. Jill was not only extremely professional but was also so meticulous, talented, and patient. I would definitely return for her services and recommend her to others! Overall, the salon employees were all so kind and welcoming, and I also really appreciated how clean the entire salon was. Jill continued to do a spectacular job at my next appointment. I requested a change in shape after the initial filing and she was so understanding and went out of her way to make sure I left with exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail and warmth/kindness made the session so lovely and enjoyable.

5 /5 Tammy Peng: Update 4/6: Lia is amazing! So gentle and easy to talk to :) her shaping is flawless and one of the best short nails I’ve ever gotten (see the light orange nail photo for her work). High recommend!! Update 3/8: went back again and love their membership option (which I highly recommend if you get your nails done regularly). Jill and Maria are the best and theyre my go-to! I cant recommend Jill enough! Shes absolutely the best nail technician Ive ever been to. If youre looking for someone who pays incredible attention to detail and truly cares about the health and look of your nails, Jill is your person. Shes especially amazing with short, square nails – she shapes them perfectly and makes them look so chic. Beyond her technical skills, Jill is incredibly gentle, which I really appreciate. She takes her time and you can tell shes focused on doing a great job. Plus, shes so fun to talk to! My appointments with her are always a pleasure. Jills work is consistently clean and flawless, and shes just a genuinely lovely person. Seriously, go see her – you wont be disappointed!

Not only was she super pleasant, but she was also so patient and made sure I liked the color before completing my nail to ensure I walked out happy. I will 100% be back to see her! Isa was also very nice and provided great customer service.

West Loop Nails Spa - Chicago INDIA MCFARLANE: I appreciate the cleanliness of the salon and that the salon handles appointments professionally. Ive been going to Lina for over a year and she is simply the best! She has very strong attention to detail, makes sure my nails are healthy, does not drill them down too much, and does amazing event nails when you want something fancier. She does a dip mani for me once a month and it lasts the whole month, never chips or breaks. Highly recommend!

Vickies Nail Salon - Chicago Sofia Greggio: This is my first time ever leaving a one-star review. I’ve never felt so small and speechless at a nail salon before. I came in and the front desk girl was very nice, she even helped me pick out what color I wanted. She was lovely. The manager sat me down and asked if I wanted anything to drink. He was a bit gruff, but he was also busy. All good so far. Then a lady named Diamond came over and started working on my hands. I was a bit nervous because I was trying dip for the first time and didn’t want it to look too big on my small nail beds. Not only was she impatient, but she snapped at me multiple times when I couldn’t understand her. One nail was so crooked that I asked her multiple times to fix it and she refused. The most she did was take the file and pretend to file it with no change. They ended up looking too big and bulky, and I was on the verge of tears the whole appointment because I was too afraid to ask her to file them down again.

I was ready for the change in salons and switching away from fake nails. I have been going to Amy for a few months and could not be happier. I have long healthy nails and the dip never cracks, chips, or feels too thick.

Plush Nail Salon - Chicago Tatiana Velandia: This was my first visit, and I was disappointed with the service. The nail technician who assisted me was quite rude, especially when filing my last polished nail. Additionally, I paid an extra $15 for a design, but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted.

Unfortunately, this is the result of my second nail appointment at the salon and I was and am still speechless. I told the nail technician that I didn’t like them (what else do you say when your $55 nail appointment looks like this?) and she blamed it on the color and told me to choose another color. My new manicure still has yellow on the cuticles and looks like someone decided to prank me while doing my nails. A few weeks ago, Scott did a phenomenal job with my nail extension + dip powder nail appointment; however, Vivian really disappointed me. I will not be coming back.

7AM NailCare (Streeterville) - Chicago Suzanne Rens: I absolutely love this salon! First of all, it doesn’t have that strong, typical nail salon smell when you walk in, which is such a nice change. The whole place is super clean, and everyone is so friendly. I waited to write this review to really test how my nails held up, and I’m impressed! I got BIAB done by Nomi, and my nails lasted an amazing 3 weeks. As a personal trainer, I’m pretty tough on my hands—I’m constantly washing them and working with equipment—but they still looked fantastic (just got really long!). The second photo is my fresh set from today, and I’m obsessed. Thank you so much, Nomi! Highly recommend!

Her attention to detail is unmatched—she took her time to make sure every part of my Apres Gel-X mani (Chrome French Tip) was perfect, and the end result was absolutely stunning. You can really tell she cares about her work and wants her clients to leave happy. Highly recommend her if you want beautiful nails and a relaxing experience. On top of that, the salon was spotless and had such a clean, relaxing vibe.

LO Spa & Nails at Southloop - Chicago Avendah Zickterman: The owner is so attentive, kind, and takes pride in his establishment. I made an appointment for a party of three. Despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon, he made sure we were able to sit next to each other at the pedicure and manicure stations. He helped me put my socks and shoes on to avoid messing up my nails. The nail technicians did an amazing job! My pinky toe nails are permanently damaged, and the technician was very gentle. I love the tools they used to clean up the cuticles and dead skin on the toe nails - efficient and effective. The foot massage was wonderful, and my feet are still soft. Love this place! I travel from the far south side to get my nails done at this location, and it is definitely worth it.
