1 /5 Kim Harrison: They did not offer acrylic nor tips, they glued a nail on and it did not stay 24 hours. They didn’t measure to see if it was even and the lady who started my nails seemed disgusted and didn’t want to do my nails. She stopped and went to do someone else’s nails. The man and the greeter were nice. However, I felt tolerated and not appreciated.

5 /5 Emily Zhu: super cute and nice place, all the staff members were so friendly, helpful, and considerate. the receptionist and both nail techs were so nice and explained everything we needed help with. the color she chose for me matched perfectly with my reference photo. my nail tech was super careful and detailed with everything and even redid my nail without being asked, which i was so geateful for. we also talked the entire time we were there and i had an amazing experience overall :)

VIP Nails Spa - Chicago Tiffany Gaymon: Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Price I recently visited this nail salon and, unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service. The quality of my nails is subpar; the lines are crooked, the French tips are uneven, and what should have been a relaxing experience turned into a frustrating three-hour ordeal. For $120, I expected a much higher level of craftsmanship. Regrettably, I dont feel that the service I received warranted this price. I would appreciate it if the owner could address this issue and correct my nails at no additional charge. Communication is essential, and I hope to resolve this matter amicably. Nails done by Kay

NAILàCARTE - West Loop - Chicago Dr. Callista Lay DC: Celine did my nails today and they are perfect! Exactly what I wanted and asked for and she was very patient and attentive. The flower work is so delicate and sweet. She really took her time selecting colors and creating a soft yet elegant look for me. I’m very happy with what I got and appreciate Celine so much!!!

Elegant Nails On Wells - Chicago Francesca Veto: This is two reviews in one. I absolutely love my nails! Johnny has done my nails twice, and is so lovely and talented. He is patient when I show him the design I want and even added the chrome powder when I told him I like a bit of shine! The Vibe is good, and Johnny asked me questions about myself. I am so impressed with the design. The first photo was my pre-valentines day nails. I wanted something more subtle, and the second is V-Day ready!

I asked for a design showing a inspo pic that they were able to replicate very well!! Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely would book more services.

Fabulous Nails Spa - Chicago Allison Hegner: I started going to Fabulous Nails as my friends were ranting and raving about their nails…. And they were right! Sindy & the team are always so friendly and welcoming when I walk into the salon. I have been going to Sindy for 6 + months and in that time I have had ONE nail chip…. ONE in 6 months! My manicures also easily last 2.5-3 weeks each time I go. Not only do they have literally any color you could ask for, but the salon is super clean as well. Overall, I truly have nothing negative or any critics for Fabulous Nails! I enjoy going to get my nails done and they are done well, efficiently, and the price is very fair. I would highly recommend Fabulous Nails to anyone looking for a new salon!

LO Spa and Nails at Lakeshore East - Chicago Lauren Sugar: Lo Spa in Lakeshore East is consistently phenomenal. They’re close to home for me and every time I need a last minute walk in, they squeeze me in and do a great job! I’ve probably had 5+ various techs over the years and every single one has done a great job. Salon itself is clean and beautiful. And they have a ton of color options - Which are also organized and easy to find. Love this place!

Warm & Fuzzy Nails - Chicago Kelsie Suokas: I recently moved and my nails and cuticles were an absolute wreck from opening lots of packages and all of the cleaning. Tanya made them beautiful and healthy again! She also helped reshape a few nails so they all match. I love the attention to detail and quality of a Russian manicure!

Illinois Nails - Chicago Fanny Fernandez: Emmy is not careful at all. Told her stop where it hurts but didn’t listen. She was doing her job really fast and she had two clients at a time.

Dazzle Nails & Spas - Chicago british wilburn: Though the salon was nice, my service was rushed and the outcome looks like a beginner tech did them. I paid 65 for a very basic full-set with orange polish even though their sign said 45 for this. I told the guy providing my service about the shape and he responded he knew and continued to improperly do them. I don’t like to be confrontational so I just paid and left. I won’t be back.
