5 /5 DeAndrea Matlock: Ive been going to Venice Nails for years now. Any expo picture I’ve shown them they have made it look the exact same… I came on my birthday yesterday and they did such a good job. They got my nails really close to the expo picture.

5 /5 Kay Kay: I walked in to a welcoming, friendly and comfortable environment. Every worker was polite and helpful. Mr Van and Mrs Cindy are aimed to please their customers. Mr. Van did my nails and happily did everything I asked for. My cuticles are clean, and he polishes near the cuticle line like I requested. I got out in enough time to make it to work. Hopefully they continue to make us proud and keep up the great work. I hope my nails last long enough in between fill ins. My other services were done nicely also. I do plan on going back.

1 /5 Michelle Juarez: Don’t come here. I now have to go tomorrow to a new salon to get this fixed. Stay away! I communicated numerous times what I wanted. Cindy had to redo my nail because literally there was an indent where she drilled too hard into my nail bed. Then after I asked for the 5th time for chrome the manager came over to discover piece of nail debris in the paint. Literally the worst experience ever. And I still had to pay $85 for literally nothing as I go get these redone tomorrow. Update- my pedicure has fragments in it and is all bumpy. This is not normal.

5 /5 Nitya Joshi: I had stopped coming here for some time but im not sure why. They did a great job and were very fast. I loved the way he shaped them too!! Much better than the place I was going to before. She also gave me a free lotion which was really nice.

Swanky Nails & Spa - Chicago antoinette copeland: Alex is the absolute best!!!! He takes his time and puts passion and creativity into each set he has done for me. Together we come up with a unique and beautiful set each time! I get so many compliments! Everyone in this salon is very kind, welcoming, and look forward to seeing each client again! Each set of nails are a blank canvas and when I sit in his chair I know the finish result will be a masterpiece. Thank you all for excellent service each time! See you again soon. West Loop Nails Spa - Chicago INDIA MCFARLANE: I appreciate the cleanliness of the salon and that the salon handles appointments professionally. Ive been going to Lina for over a year and she is simply the best! She has very strong attention to detail, makes sure my nails are healthy, does not drill them down too much, and does amazing event nails when you want something fancier. She does a dip mani for me once a month and it lasts the whole month, never chips or breaks. Highly recommend!

Vickies Nail Salon - Chicago Sofia Greggio: This is my first time ever leaving a one-star review. I’ve never felt so small and speechless at a nail salon before. I came in and the front desk girl was very nice, she even helped me pick out what color I wanted. She was lovely. The manager sat me down and asked if I wanted anything to drink. He was a bit gruff, but he was also busy. All good so far. Then a lady named Diamond came over and started working on my hands. I was a bit nervous because I was trying dip for the first time and didn’t want it to look too big on my small nail beds. Not only was she impatient, but she snapped at me multiple times when I couldn’t understand her. One nail was so crooked that I asked her multiple times to fix it and she refused. The most she did was take the file and pretend to file it with no change. They ended up looking too big and bulky, and I was on the verge of tears the whole appointment because I was too afraid to ask her to file them down again.

Unfortunately, this is the result of my second nail appointment at the salon and I was and am still speechless. I told the nail technician that I didn’t like them (what else do you say when your $55 nail appointment looks like this?) and she blamed it on the color and told me to choose another color. My new manicure still has yellow on the cuticles and looks like someone decided to prank me while doing my nails. A few weeks ago, Scott did a phenomenal job with my nail extension + dip powder nail appointment; however, Vivian really disappointed me. I will not be coming back.

7AM NailCare (Streeterville) - Chicago Suzanne Rens: I absolutely love this salon! First of all, it doesn’t have that strong, typical nail salon smell when you walk in, which is such a nice change. The whole place is super clean, and everyone is so friendly. I waited to write this review to really test how my nails held up, and I’m impressed! I got BIAB done by Nomi, and my nails lasted an amazing 3 weeks. As a personal trainer, I’m pretty tough on my hands—I’m constantly washing them and working with equipment—but they still looked fantastic (just got really long!). The second photo is my fresh set from today, and I’m obsessed. Thank you so much, Nomi! Highly recommend!

7AM NailCare (On Wacker) - Chicago Monica Medina: I had the best experience with Allison! She was incredibly sweet, professional, and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. Her attention to detail is unmatched—she took her time to make sure every part of my Apres Gel-X mani (Chrome French Tip) was perfect, and the end result was absolutely stunning. You can really tell she cares about her work and wants her clients to leave happy. Highly recommend her if you want beautiful nails and a relaxing experience. On top of that, the salon was spotless and had such a clean, relaxing vibe.
