1 /5 adrienne dodge: This place is horrible. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I paid $75 for 2 sets between a friend and myself, and they literally rushed towards the end. Failing to put top coat on at least 4 fingers causing them to chip earlier than normal. I had one nail fall off in my SLEEP, another nail the acrylic French tip started peeling, and on another the artwork rubbed off- went back, mind you less than 1 week and paid TEN $ for repairs which did NOT even last 12 hrs. Literally did nothing except pump gas, and I had a nail snap in half. This place is horrible. HORRIBLEE. I don’t even know how to apply acrylics and I could probably put on a set that lasts longer than this. This store doesn’t even know what an apex is based on how they apply acrylics. Do not spend a dime here- it will be an absolute waste if you do.

1 /5 Peyton Ray: I will not be coming back here because the main girl did my nails and she did a horrible job she rushed through it and she was very rough with my hands. she cut me twice and I started to bleed and its pretty expensive for what a terrible job she did. My nails were left feeling sticky, the color was streaky, and the polish was all over my fingers and cuticles. The people here were very rude and pushy. Please save your time and money by not coming here!

1 /5 Danielle Gerndt: My daughter and I both got pedicures here. The young man who did hers was great, but the overall tone of the place besides him was rude. The woman who did my pedicure was rushed, no massage and barely touched my nails to trim them. When she applied the polish she was extremely rough with her finger nails attempting to remove the polish from my skin, which she did a terrible job at. When we left I noticed a large gap of no polish on one toe, and now four days later theyre already dull and chipping. We will not return here, Ill go pay for someone to do it correctly.

2 /5 Karen Danner: Used to get such good service here. But now, most of their best nail technicians have left. The last 3 times I’ve been there, I have had under-trained men who cannot speak English. Basically, they soaked my feet and didn’t do the full-service manicure. I have tipped generously but it doesn’t help. They ask you when you walk in what it is you want. As soon as I say “regular mani/pedi”, I get treated poorly. They just don’t seem to care unless you are there to spend a lot of money on their special services. Even though it’s a short drive from my home, I’ll have to find a new nail salon.

5 /5 Angela Egan: 08/16/2024 Today my 86yr old “handicap” Mother got her first pedicure ever here. The Gentleman that gave her a pedicure was gentle, kind and worked well with her going above and beyond with his gentle kindness. Everybody is this store was helpful, kind and humble to my mother and myself. I am very grateful for the professionalism in this shop. I received a gel manicure and all the equipment is clean and sanitized. My experience here was more than 5 stars. THANK YOU
