5 /5 Brenda Ottarski: In December 2024, I had a back molar extracted. Dr. Anderson and his staff were very pleasant and helpful. I opted for general anesthesia, which was the best choice for me.

1 /5 Y Y: Had a referral from my dentist to have Dr. Anderson extract my tooth. I should have turned around immediately and listened to my gut. The front receptionist was not at all friendly. My 12 yr. old daughter accompanied me to the office but she was not allowed back to where I would be. The receptionist looked highly annoyed that I brought her. My daughter said the receptionist and other staff were talking negatively about other patients. As Dr. Anderson got started on my tooth, I instantly had a reaction to the numbing injection. I felt as if my heart was going to beat out of my chest. I instantly also had a major headache, one I have never experienced before. I started to cry and the older blonde assistant rolled her eyes at me and stormed off. I will never forget it, the lack of patient empathy from her. I still was not numb enough so Dr. Anderson injected me again because I still wanted to proceed with the extraction. He assured me that I was just having anxiety and that I wouldnt have that reaction again, but I did. At that time I had had enough and was distraught, but they wouldnt let my daughter come back to comfort me. She could hear everything up front and was terrified. I noticed at that time my vision became blurry. I couldnt stand or walk. They had to call my husband to come get me to drive me home. I left in a wheelchair. Turns out I had a STROKE in the dentist chair. I am 45 yrs old with no prior history of this. After a month in the hospital and 5 months of physical therapy I am finally able to write this. I just wish Dr. Anderson had taken my blood pressure before the procedure. I also wish his staff cared more about their patients instead of just working to get a paycheck. Make sure to ask what exactly is being injected and check your blood pressure before any procedures.

5 /5 Chelsey Starwalt: Dr. Anderson does require full payment upfront and your insurance will reimburse you. He and his staff have always been awesome with my family and I and he always calls to check up on you and you get his number if you have any issues.

1 /5 Rob Bolden: If i could leave a lower rating than one star, I would. When I tried to drop off my referral at the front desk, it was locked. They had a giant sign with a number to call. Right below the sign was a another big sign that said masks are required. No exceptions. They absolutely would not let me in to talk to them about my dental needs. What? They are locked up like a maximum security prison. When I asked why, the very rude lady said it was because of the people in the neighborhood. Wow, what a racist.So ones only option if you want an appointment is to talk to the wretched hag via phone. They even referred to my referring dentist as unintelligent. I never met the dentist because I left and obviously wont be going back. But if their front office help is any indication of his people skills, then Im sure hes as bad as they. By they way, they wanted $450 cash, up front to pull a tooth. Would not even consider my insurance. Stay away. Youve been warned.

5 /5 Rena McMahon: Dr Anderson & his staff are very friendly. I had my appointment set for the next day to have a molar extracted that was causing some pain. Dr Anderson used great techniques in numbing and the injection (the worst part for me) was not too bad. I had a few stitches and healed very well. The expense was reasonable and the Dr himself called to check on my well being after the procedure. I would greatly recommend using Dr. Anderson.
