2 /5 Finn McFadden: told me and another woman to bring in our cars at 3pm on Friday, we both showed up at 3pm and the door was locked. called twice, no response. eventually found the "text for appt" number on the website and texted. got a reply saying theyd "be there in 30 minutes" and he showed up at 4:15. other woman was frustrated and left to go to another shop instead. no apology from him for being over an hour late, was condescending when i asked a clarifying question and ignored me when i asked why nobody was there when i was told to arrive.
some guys were inside when the owner (?) finally showed up and let me in at 4:15 (presumably got there before the owner did), but i have no idea why they wouldnt answer the phone or door knocking when they told me to arrive at 3:00.
they got the job done at a reasonable enough speed and price, but pretty bad customer service. hours posted on their website dont seem to be accurate either.
