My tech, Jackson made the entire experience smooth and I was laughing by the time I was done. Kristine at the front desk went above and beyond to help me figure out all the financial stuff. I am so grateful they are the team helping me with this journey

5 /5 Lacey Lufkin: I had quite a few teeth extracted today & was extremely nervous! Dr.Melina & Justin were so great & kind! They helped talk me through it & actually listened to what I was saying! It’s been 6 hrs since all my teeth have been extracted & I have little to no pain at all! I look forward to continuing my dental care with Dr. Melina & her great staff at Aspen Dental! Thank you so much!

1 /5 Joseph H.: AVOID ASPEN DENTAL IN FREEPORT. I walked in there after driving 40 miles (80 miles round trip) for an infected tooth that was leaking pus so bad it made my tongue numb. This place has ZERO understanding THAT NOT EVERYONE HAS INSURANCE. I was willing to sign whatever TO SIMPLY GET THE INFECTED BROKEN TOOTH EXTRACTED. My budget was no more than $500. I couldnt get any relief or understanding from these people. The dentist told the office girl to "give him a referral" while she literally ALMOST RAN AWAY. This was after all the x-rays and consultation. I explained three times to two different people that I am self-pay and dont have a lot of money. They ignored what I said. A referral to an oral surgeon? Talk about passing the buck. Dear lady dentist: you completely screwed up when you had an opportunity to display empathy and humanity. Ya blew it. I wasnt asking for anything for free. You simply refused to address the immediate health issue while presenting me WITH A $4,000 QUOTE FOR MONEY I WILL NEVER HAVE FOR SERVICES THAT DONT ADDRESS THE ISSUE AT HAND: A BROKEN, INFECTED TOOTH IN MY HEAD. I have had sepsis, am diabetic, and have heart disease. Having mouth and jaw infections isnt a good thing.

4 /5 David McKnight: Customer Care - 9 Appointment Accurate - 6 Dentist Skill Set - 10 I was able to be seen same day of calling. Very cool 3D Image of mouth. While there a strong discussion of cost with another on having all their teeth pulled was costing several thousand dollars. For those who wonder about cost. My visit so far, cost me just under $16 for the first visit. I was quoted $29 . Would I come back - Yes while I had no work done at this time my concern was over some of reviews I read.
