5 /5 saed diaz: Dr Kumar and Heather the hygienist took really good care of us. I really appreciate them explaining so much to us. Everyone that works there were really nice to us and we’ll definitely be back. I think management should hire more workers, it’s hard to get in touch with them and they have to work with you quickly to get to the next patient because they are so busy, that’s not the employee’s fault. Despite that, the employees try their best to give a good service, they deserve a raise!

Im very upset that I went through the exam just be told they dont accept medical card and they would need 6500$ for the work that I needed done! Kudos to those people that can just drop that kind of money but I certainly cant! Seems like they wasted my time and theirs for 29$!

2 /5 Scott Woods: I went to Aspen Dental for dentures due to an accident I had. I’m actually still a patient. Here’s my experience and recommendations. 1.) DO NOT have your teeth extracted at Aspen Dental. It’s like something out of the dark ages. Yes they will give you shots for the pain and that’s about it. Once I got my teeth pulled I wanted some pain killers and the dentist offered me IBUPROFEN. I literally about smacked him. I wasn’t pleased and he finally relented and prescribed (10) small NORCOS for the pain. This was also a joke. What’s more I literally felt I was going to get arrested when I filled the prescription at CVS because they didn’t follow protocol. I would highly recommend going to your regular dentist for your extractions as you can get gas to calm you and then the shots to numb you up. Once he’s done he will actually give you real pain killers and the appropriate amounts. Your mouth will be seriously sore for like (5) days, and that’s if you don’t get a dry socket. Like a lot of people I see all the Aspen dental commercials and believe it’s going to be a somewhat pleasurable experience. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I paid almost $10K for my dentures for their best package. I did not want to spend $40K on implants. The only positive thing I’ve seen from Aspen Dental so far has been a couple of the dental hygienist. The last one I dealt with a week ago was fantastic. (Michelle K.). She really took her time helping get these dentures aligned and comfortable for months and I’m going to follow up with her in about a week or two. If you’re thinking about going to Aspen Dental for dentures or implants, don’t. If I had it all to do over again, I would just go to Mexico. You can have a premium set of implants put in for only $5000-$7000. The dentist will also prescribe you the appropriate amount of painkillers so you don’t have to go through all the damn misery. You could recuperate on the beach with margaritas and Vicodin.

I had my blepharoplasty years ago and I still look like some kind of freak. Statute of limitations runs out quick for plastic surgery. Spent a lot of money on Botox to look relatively normal. FML

Renfroe B Lance DDS - Galesburg Sonya Taylor: He is rude and abrupt and when you ask him a question about a dental issue that he should know, all he does is say things like he doesnt know. has no idea or go ask an oral surgeon. He definitely shouldnt be working with adolescents and we wont be going back.
