saed diaz Dr Kumar and Heather the hygienist took really good care of us. I really appreciate them explaining so much to us. Everyone that works there were really nice to us and we’ll definitely be back. I think management should hire more workers, it’s hard to get in touch with them and they have to work with you quickly to get to the next patient because they are so busy, that’s not the employee’s fault. Despite that, the employees try their best to give a good service, they deserve a raise!

Im very upset that I went through the exam just be told they dont accept medical card and they would need 6500$ for the work that I needed done! Kudos to those people that can just drop that kind of money but I certainly cant! Seems like they wasted my time and theirs for 29$!

Eric Wehrs My hygienist, Becky, was maybe (probably) the best hygienist I’ve ever had, and Dr. Cody was thorough with his exam and explanations. I can’t believe I’m about to say this, but I actually enjoyed this dental visit! The staff were wonderful and the facilities are top notch.

Bonnie Berggren I was suffering with a terrible tooth ache. I called several dental. Offices and finally got an appointment at Galesburg Dental at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. I arrived on time and they took me right in. Did X-rays then put me in a procedure room. Dr. Cody came in and explained the three things he could do for me and I chose to keep my tooth which meant a root canal. The ladies in the office went over the price, payment schedule,made everything easy. Then they worked me in for the next three hours. The root canal done and Dr. Cody worked his magic on the computer and drew out my crown and then sent it to his lab. He said it should be done in about thirty minutes. It was finished, just waiting on Dr. to come glue it in. I left after making another appointment so Dr. Cody can check the rest of my teeth. I was so pleased with the care and friendliness of everyone I met that morning. I am so happy that I have found a new dental home.

john shea Man, I am so glad I found this business. My general dentist recommended them, due to more serious work needing done. They treated me like family, and the work quality was beyond fantastic! Dr. Busch is such a perfectionist about his task, and very friendly. Amy was super nice and professional and Blake was great as well.

Kerry Mackey The care was nice and that is the care you hope for. But I asked for one thing and that was to keep my teeth. They said I absolutely could and then immediately threw them away right after Im surgery. Needless to say, Im not happy about it. I think they should just tell someone no if they are going to throw them out. Other than that, Im fine. Dont feel anything but a bit tired.

Laura Williams Took my son for his first dentist appointment and the hygienist Jen was fabulous with him. She made sure he understood what she was doing, showed him all the tools, and talked him through every step. He wasnt scared and actually enjoyed his first visit. Dr. Collin has a great staff.

Alexandra burmood I was seen by Tara and I had my 4 year old with me and the whole time she was taking her time explaining everything while answering all of my curious daughters questions too, she had paitence like no other I’ve ever seen in any dentist or dr office, she never got annoyed or anything she kept a smile on her face and gave my duaghter stuff to color while they were doing my teeth and I wish everyone was like how she was with my daughter and I❤️

Ive found the staff very friendly and professional from my experience. The staff always seems to remember my name which is nice. Over the time Ive been there, they have had some staff turnover, but all part of a good experience.

Adventure Awaits I would just like to commend the whole staff and especially the Dentist at Knox County health dept..My daughter just hired on as the dental hygienist and the whole staff has greeted her with open arms and gone out of their way to make her welcome...The Dentist has been especially nice and I want let her know it is so appeciated by me. Anyone with concerns about getting your teeth cleaned, dont! My daughter is absolutely so gentle..I was her guinea pig when she was in school and she was absolutely gentle and informative. I have never had a needle in my mouth and I was her test patient and I didnt even feel a thing...So yeah, dont be afraid to get your teeth done by her and again Kudos to the whole staff, kindness goes a long way and effects people in ways you might not think.

Jason Dunn Best place to get braces in Central/western Illinois. Staff is awesome and makes you feel very welcome. These braces for me was a mid life decision and they did a great job! I have had to come back a cpl times over the years and they always take care of business.

Nick Ebert I have never been scared to go to the dentist, but it is definitely not my favorite thing to do. Doctors Ladner and Jain and their staff are so exceptional at what they do that I actually looked forward to all of my appointments. Now that I have completed my final appointment with them I’ve realized how much I’m going to miss going there. I recommend everyone use them for their orthodontic needs. I’m going to miss you all, you guys are the best!

Josh Huyck I accidentally called this office thinking it was my own, and the lady that I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude. Before she even knew I had called the wrong office she was interrupting me and made it very clear she didn’t have time for my questions. From the moment she answered the phone until I said have a nice day and hung up she was condescending and demeaning. If this persons customer service skill are the face of your business, being that she’s the first one you talk to if you are looking to go there, this sets a very bad standard. Needless to say I would not recommend much better options in the same area.

CamDrum He just removed a rotten wisdom tooth for me. He made quick, pain free, work of it. I even woke up the next day feeling great and barely any swelling.

Neen I do not recommend Dr Busch. He is very rough and rude. Entered the room abruptly and quickly told me what he was going to do. I then experienced a very rough, rammy, painful procedure (woke up during the process bc he was so rough). Had to return 3 wks after procedure due to increased swelling. Again, a very abrupt, rude, rough and painful experience. Still having pain 8 wks later. Scheduled an appointment with a different oral surgeon. This one is terrible.

She is a great person! Dr. Krech is always pleasant and helps me to understand what is going on with my teeth. I actually enjoy going to the dentist, even for the unpleasant visits. Thank you guys!

Deena Sepich If I could give minus stars I would. Dr. Kaspar ruined my eyes. He just kept cutting and cutting, he burned my right eye with a cautery tool. I had my blepharoplasty years ago and I still look like some kind of freak. Statute of limitations runs out quick for plastic surgery. Spent a lot of money on Botox to look relatively normal. FML

Sonya Taylor He is rude and abrupt and when you ask him a question about a dental issue that he should know, all he does is say things like he doesnt know. has no idea or go ask an oral surgeon. He definitely shouldnt be working with adolescents and we wont be going back.
