1 /5 Josh Huyck: I accidentally called this office thinking it was my own, and the lady that I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude. Before she even knew I had called the wrong office she was interrupting me and made it very clear she didn’t have time for my questions. From the moment she answered the phone until I said have a nice day and hung up she was condescending and demeaning. If this persons customer service skill are the face of your business, being that she’s the first one you talk to if you are looking to go there, this sets a very bad standard. Needless to say I would not recommend much better options in the same area.
