Everyone has been so nice and easy to work with. The staff is AMAZING! Quick to get me in or answer me when I have concerns and so helpful when I need adjustments done to my dentures! They have made me feel number 1 since the very beginning! I still have to go back and get my permanent set but I don’t have a doubt in my mind that they won’t get me taken care of! I am pleased with my overall experience so far with Aspen Dental!

2 /5 Vonnie Landreth: Staff was friendly and did a good job. First visit was nice. They said I needed a periodontal cleaning and a follow-up in 3 months. I saw my previous dentist every 6 months and had my teeth cleaned. No problem with my teeth at all. Their dental plan includes 1 cleaning and a follow-up. The dental plan was $2542. That was with a $233 discount! Wow! I have no dental insurance through Medicare. Maybe its just me but that is extreme.

5 /5 Ron Gentry: I was treated exceptionally well and respectful by everyone! The person at the counter was very nice, helpful and patient. The x-ray tech was also wonderful! The Dr came in quickly and did a great job! Unfortunately the place wouldn’t accept my Medicare bit the bill was rather low so I just paid it. I’d recommend this place to everyone!

Michael Wes Neal DMD; George E Neal DDS; Neal Family Dentistry - Mt Vernon Just me Is all: The office staff and hygienist were very professional and welcoming. Dr Wes Neal was very charming. However I developed a dry socket and was in severe untreated pain. This was one of the most painful experiences of my life. When I asked for pain medication I was told to take Motrin. This lasted 3 days. Fortunately another dentist took me and treated the pain and placed a dressing in the area.

Ahmad Samadzai, DDS - Mt Vernon Laura Jackson: Excellent Dr. The only reason we had to switch dentist was because we moved out of town. We came back a few times, but trying to get to appointments a hour away, daughter in school, it wasnt working out. I highly recommend Dr. Samadzai.

Ron Rankin DMD - Mt Vernon Devon Droll: Been a great dentist but they cancelled my appointment without contacting me. Didnt find out until I went through the hassle of getting off work and showing up to find they were closed. Plus I cant get ahold of them to reschedule or get an explanation. Very unprofessional.
