Lincolnshire Dental - Mt Vernon Brad Drake: Dr. Woodrome is the best dentist I’ve seen. Not only does he know the latest techniques, but he has lots of experience to back him up. The staff is wonderful.

Associated Pediatric Dentistry - Mt Vernon Jadey Farny: Whoever the lady was that I just spoke too on the phone was very rude. Trying to set my son an appointment, and the date they had offered wouldnt work with our schedule, and instead of allowing me to finish my sentence, i heard her slam the phone down, before hanging up on me.... Definitely will never bring my child here. Not very professional IMO.. wish I didnt have to give it a star at all to post this review.

Renner Joseph a DDS - Mt Vernon Andrew Thomson: Dr. Renner did 2 implants with bone graft for me. I also go to his office for cleanings. He did wonderful work for me & his office staff are always professional & kind. Nothing but good things to say about this group.

Swanson Jay I DDS - Mt Vernon Kelly Norris: My daughter went in for two impacted wisdom teeth. She was back in the chair for over 2 hours, and came out crying and only one tooth removed. The male dentist told her to stop crying because she was tearing up because she was making him nervous. My daughter has had years and years of dental surgery due to antibiotics and never one time has she ever cried from having nitrous or the pain. This Dentist has poor bedside manner, and obviously inexperienced. If he allows a patient to make him nervous, I would never recommend this person to anyone. Upon making the appointment the receptionist told me there would be no need for her to be sedated because it would not be bad and the only people that get sedated rather than nitrous was Man that couldn’t handle the pain. Overall this whole business needs ethical training. This is one non Compassionate Dentist . Against my better judgement after reading the reviews and then calling the dentist office prior to her appointment I expressed my concerns about bad reviews and I ended up giving them the benefit of the doubt. Do not make the same mistake I made. Reviews are there for. Reason!

Klein Orthodontics - Mt Vernon Mary Griswold: Klein Orthodontics staff was friendly and made both of my daughters feel comfortable while they were there for their visits. They explained what was happening in terms they could understand. The reception staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to friends!

Michael R. Hiner, D.D.S. - Mt Vernon Cody Smith: Was blind sided by having too many no call no shows which I agree are a pain on the staff as a whole but the last no call no show was a mistake made on the date card and called to explain myself, left a message and no one ever got back with me. Had a hiccup with my dental coverage and once I got that settled out I call to schedule an appointment and was notified Id been dropped. Dr. Hiner and his staff were great just wasnt happy with how I was never contacted when this happened.
