Was hit with an “habla Spanish?” in which I politely responded with a “no I do not”…I was hung up on. Not sure about you but the last time I checked, that was the exact opposite of customer service.

1 /5 Alison Arrollo: I called 2 DAYS in advance to make an appointment coming from far away so I could get a spot immediately as soon as I got there. Their door AND google both say they opened at 9 AM I wanted 15 minutes for them not to be opened. I NEEDED IT for TODAY. I even MADE the app. For 9 am. And no one was there. Bad experience after calling over and over again to try to get someone.
