"The couches in the waiting room are extremely comfy, but I only waited less than 5 minutes" Megan was the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She does an amazing job every time! Batavia Family Dental is the BEST!!! Book your cleaning today because a great place Iike this is busy all the time!!!! You will not regret it.

1 /5 Ben Johnson: I was shamed by the Dentist, he was extremely rude an made rude and disgusting comments about my teeth. Not to mention had an attitude about answering questions. As if I should have known the answers to said questions. The receptionist was also very rude and snobby, I will not be returning. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. I will never return.

1 /5 S: Whoever answered the phone today was extremely rude and condescending to the fact that it’s been a good while since I’ve been to the dentist. I know I haven’t been in a few years but when the receptionist was snobby and disrespectful to the fact that it’s been awhile, it made me realize I should take my business elsewhere. A dentist office should not shame people for not coming in as regularly as they should. It just makes you not want to go more.

Krause Donald E DDS - Kankakee Laurie Gauthier: Been going here my entire life. I love that they know me by name, and no hassle when I go in. The work is fantastic. Hes even fit my husband and I in on his days off. I have never had a problem with any of the work hes done for me.

Main Street Dentistry - Bourbonnais Madonna Schweigert: I am a new patient, have seen Dr. Derrek 2 times both times a good experience as he explains as he goes, professional, all staff members friendly from start to finish. What I like is no wait time to get more nervous about the experience.

Richard Nicklas, DDS - Kankakee Hailey P: I have Tori (extra bone under the tongue area) that always made getting dental pictures/xrays a pain and painful. In fact my old dentist mentioned trying to refer me out to get them removed. I switched dentists, as I moved, and I’m so happy I did. They have state of the art technology and their panorama machine was able to get the xray/photos no problem and no pain! Very thorough with their cleanings. 10/10

Aspen Dental - Bourbonnais, IL - Bourbonnais Rick: Everyone was very helpful and professional. But I was really astounded to get a $1,000 bill for X-rays and a deep cleaning. Ive never paid that much for anything in that realm before. I hope it was worth it because Im on a fixed income and that was a pretty big blow. The hygienist was very friendly and very professional. I just wonder about the price.

Dr. Michelle L. Cannon, DDS - Kankakee Linda Richardson: The office staff is one of the most caring group of people I have dealt with in a long time. From the phone call explaining the problem my mom had from a previous dentist, they were instrumental in getting my mom an appointment that very day and made the accommodation around my time needs. Upon arrival, the staff was just so pleasant. Dr. Cannon was wonderful and provided great service and referrals for my mom. The staff explained everything to me directly of what was going on with my mom. The front staff also gave us an offer for a discount plan (not an insurance plan) for my mom since she does not have dental insurance, which I did purchase for my mom. I was so impressed with Dr. Cannon and her staff that I made myself an appointment! Such wonderful people!

Dr. Christopher T. Powell, DDS - Bourbonnais Amy Dutton: Don’t recommended! So disappointed in the office staff as well as with the dentist. 2 last minute cancellations for my son who had to stop taking blood thinners ahead of time that he needs for a procedure that never happened. Waiting for another referral for a more competent oral surgeon staff.

From first impressions, their waiting room is super kid friendly and have tablets for the kids to play on while they wait and it is so colorful. The staff was outstanding. They made my child feel super comfortable and they made his experience at the dentist an amazing experience with him. I am so pleased with the services we received, the staff and the environment. HIGHLY recommend. I will 100% be taking my children back. Thank you guys for such an amazing experience!

Bourbonnais Family Dental: Brittany A Rashid DDS - Bourbonnais Leanne Shelley: I have had Cora as a hygienist for years and she is wonderful at her job. She always greets you w/ a smile, asks how you are and works quickly and efficiently while cleaning my teeth, she has never hurt me during a cleaning and does a great job. I know people who don’t go to the dentist because of bad experiences or just scared. No reason to be afraid here! The Dr. and the staff are great, very professional and always helpful when it comes to questions, and insurance. I recommend them highly!
