She didnt really talk to me just the tech person,never got her name either but she smiles. The price they quoted me was 950 after my insurance. I went to a real.dentist and the cost was 400 after insurance. I paid 450 Up front to Beltline Dental and had to call when my 30 DAYS TO WAIT FOR AN ELECTRONIC REFUND

1 /5 Dej M: PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS ON HERE I only went to this place because I couldn’t find anyone who take my insurance in the area. They only care about money and don’t even go over payment plans procedure cost NOTHING. I came in for a broken tooth to see what my options are they referred me to get a root canal and come back for a crown/cap and I called asked if it was possible to just get the tooth pulled I could not afford a procedure that is over 2k. They lie kept telling me they will leave a note for the dentist Kaitlyn to see what she could do and call me back I wait a week no calls me I call again yesterday they said they printed out my chart and left a note for the dentist Kaitlyn to see what she could do if she could either pull it or refer me to someone in office. They didn’t call me back again. They are Unprofessional and if you can’t afford a procedure they don’t give you other options or help you.

1 /5 Nicole Pinta: Very unprofessional to say the least. When I am in tears saying I do not want an extraction, I wasn’t even offered a root canal as an option. So I paid $200 to spend my day crying, knowing that I have to go to another dentist and spend more money. I should’ve stayed with my previous dentist, but I was trying to save money. This is what happens when you don’t have insurance. I’ve learned you get what you pay for though. Pay the extra money so you don’t have someone talking nothing yet extraction, no alternatives.

Proteus Nachtmahr: I had an appointment here and they failed to tell me they didnt provide the services I wanted, misgendered me, and gaslit me about it throughout the appointment while still referring to me by the wrong gender. When I pointed all of this out, the dentist told me she was "sorry I felt that way" and pretended that was an apology. I recommend other trans people steer far away from this place.

Sharon Rokita: Thank you to Dr. Mark who did an excellent job on the crown he customized as the finishing touch of the implant that Dr. Noble (oral surgeon) prepared in place of an extracted tooth. Dr. Noble said that Dr. Mark did an excellent job on the tooth and that everything looked great & fit perfectly into the anchor he prepared. He said Dr. Mark always does such excellent work. Dr. Mark was very precise & particular in his scanning and specifications for the tooth & with how it all fit together. He made sure it was all natural feeling and comfortable for me. Additionally, his office staff & dental assistants are very caring & meticulous. They are always so kind & very helpful with all my concerns. I had a painless, perfect procedure and am so glad Dr. Mark is my dentist! I would recommend him to everyone!

J M: This place is a joke. I scheduled a 2pm checkup and then they called back and said I could come earlier at 10am if I wanted a cleaning too. I said yes, I want the cleaning while Im there. I showed up, the apt started 10 min late. She did 17 trays and checked my teeth saysin dr will be in after to check then cleaning. Dr checks my teeth and says I need a deep cleaning. So I said great thats why Im here. But they say dont have time today and I have to do cleaning in 2 phases. Insurnace only covers half a cleaning?!?!?!?! Are you kidding me? I they made me leave with no cleaning and still have an aching tooth. This place is a joke. Thatd why I came in early to have time for a cleaning. They do no care about patients just money. When I mentioned I was disappointed becasue I specifically scheduled a cleaning and got NO cleaning, I was ignored by the front desk staff and stared at. No one said a word. Seems like you know what joke of a business you are running. They had ZERO intention of doing a cleaning. I hope this business goes straight into the trash where they belong. The dentist also sat BEHIND me didnt even try to be professional.

I had the most terrifying and traumatic experiences with various dentists during the pandemic that I thought I’d never be able to step foot in a dentist again. However Dr Shawna and the ladies at both Shiloh and Swansea went above and beyond to take care of not only me but my Fiance and mother as well. I unfortunately have had some emergencies come up and they get me in right away. Only once Dr. Shawna couldn’t see me so her awesome sister Dr. Roxanne stepped in and did such a great job!
