The therapist, specifically Ashley, was awful. She put me through an extremely traumatic ordeal and made an unnecessary fuss about me needing to be transported to the hospital. She and her coworker tried to force my parents to use an ambulance, even though it wasnât necessary at all. In fact, the ambulance staff themselves said they had no issue with my parents driving me to the hospital instead.
The so-called âtranslatingâ was just Ashleyâs coworker repeating everything in a wildly exaggerated manner. They even threatened to call the police over medical attention that was not needed. Ashley also mentioned that they would have forced me to stay and be observed against my and my familyâs will.
On top of all this, theyâre terrible at answering the phone. Their behavior was absolutely disgusting, and I will not be returning. 815 Dental Studio - Cherry Valley - Cherry Valley Cindy Dyer: I had a great experience at 815 Studio Dental. I was a new patient and started with cleaning. The hygienist was great and gentle. Very professional and nice space. Then I needed a crown. I got a quick appointment and Dr. Anthony was attentive responding to my needs, for example when the first shot of pain killer, I guess Novocain, wasnât enough she added another dose to make sure there was no pain during the procedure. Raven, her assistant, was friendly and very professional getting all the X-rays and prep done. The crown is in and comfortable, back to chewing away. Definitely recommend the entire staff. I canât say enough good things about this dental office. I bring my brother here for his dental careâhe is both physically and mentally handicappedâand the level of patience, kindness, and professionalism shown by the entire staff is extraordinary. From the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist, everyone goes out of their way to make sure he feels safe, respected, and comfortable.
They always take the time to explain whatâs happening in a calm, reassuring way, and they never rush through the appointments. Itâs clear they genuinely care about their patients as individuals, not just as names on a schedule. Finding a dental office that treats special needs patients with such dignity and empathy is rare, and Iâm incredibly grateful we found them.
