5 /5 Silvana Evans: I have had 3 visits in the last 2 weeks. For myself and two children (3y and 6y). Each visit, staff was kind, friendly and professional. 1st visit was for my daughter where they completed X-rays and cleaning. Her hygienist was so funny and made my daughter feel comfortable. She even skipped to the treasure box with her like they were best friends. My 2nd visit was with my 3y son (and part of my visit). They attempted X-rays and cleaned his teeth. This visit there was a delay and they seemed a little backed up. Wait time once in a room was pretty long. However, with how they handled our visit, I would be willing to wait all over again. I did not think through about having a toddler wait around while I was doing intake processing. Obviously, he was antsy and curious. The lady (Chloe) was SO patient and kind. It was very frustrating and cumbersome to try and direct a toddler while taking for 13 X-rays. She did not make me feel bad, nor did she overly smooth it out. She got it done and it wasn’t embarrassing for me (he was mostly listening). The office manager offered to entertain my son as well if needed. My last visit was for myself- cleaning and the hygienist (Laurie) was AMAZING. My mouth has never felt cleaner. She seemed like an expert and efficient.
I don’t know everyone’s name but from the receptionist, multiple hygienists, and Dr. Alkassir- everyone we interacted with, made us feel comfortable. Nothing was fake customer service nice. Nothing was attitude. They all made the experience so worth it. Very “family” office feel instead of corporate. Would 10/10 recommend!
