5 /5 Destanee Brewer: First time patient. Natalie was my hygienist and was so very personable and pleasant. She made me feel comfortable within seconds of meeting her. She’s exceptionally knowledgeable as well. She was such a sweetheart. After my cleaning which was phenomenal by the way, Dr. Stovall came in and greeted me with a handshake. He was very thorough and reassuring. He listened to my limited concerns and advise me with the best interest at heart. I can tell this is a very honest business and I feel safe moving forward with future visits. I appreciate the team for taking their time. The front desk was also on top of everything. I sent in X-rays and they were already uploaded to my chart with no errors. Speaking from experience this is a top notch office. 10/10 recommend.

Aspen Dental - Rockford, IL - Rockford grace: I was a new patient here and I hadnt been in to see a dentist in a bit. I was a bit nervous about the state of my mouth and was nervous about how I would be treated. I am happy to say that from my first visit I was met with warmth and care, and all the visits I have had have gone well. Chelsea was my hygienist and demonstrated excellent levels of care. Dr. Lesly Baños has been exceptional in her treatment. I needed multiple fillings and I could tell that Dr. Baños was dedicated to making sure my bite was not affected. The assisting staff is also really kind and always checking in on you while you wait. Coming to Aspen Dental has alleviated my anxieties because I know the staff are caring. Would definitely recommend this place if youre able to come here.
