In addition to feeling they help me keep my dental hygiene in excellent condition....I feel like Im catching up with friends every 6 months! I would (and have) highly recommended Rockford Dental Care to everyone!!

Linda Volker Dr Appiah is a masterful surgeon and did magnificent work after a serious car accident that made everything look great. The staff was kind, professional and prompt during this follow-up visit, and we’re very grateful for such wonderful care and support at this difficult time.

Matt Guevara I went to this office because it was recommended by my insurance and had positive Google reviews. I used to go here when I was a kid, so I thought that would be fun too :) The office did a great job of communicating with me before the visit - I filled out forms with all of my health information, Social Security Number, etc… When I went to the office, my in-person experience was not great. The office is dated and rundown. There were holes and tape on the walls, scratches from the equipment - the office does not look well attended to. When it came time to finish my appointment I waited an hour while the front desk tried to find my insurance information (I could hear them mentioning my name from the waiting room). Eventually I was asked to come to the front and write down my Social Security Number on a post it note. I shared how this was a bit uncomfortable for me as I had already given this information electronically and if the office didn’t have that, who did? I wasn’t reassured at all and realized this is a place that’s not a good fit for me or my family. I need to be able to trust that confidential and sensitive information is being handled properly. The entire experience took over 2 hours and was a colossal waste of time.

I bring my brother here for his dental care—he is both physically and mentally handicapped—and the level of patience, kindness, and professionalism shown by the entire staff is extraordinary. From the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist, everyone goes out of their way to make sure he feels safe, respected, and comfortable. They always take the time to explain what’s happening in a calm, reassuring way, and they never rush through the appointments. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients as individuals, not just as names on a schedule. Finding a dental office that treats special needs patients with such dignity and empathy is rare, and I’m incredibly grateful we found them. Kelley Lotito Hailey and Dr. Gibson are both amazing. Hailey is the best dental hygienist Ive ever had. She is so sweet and kind and she made my visit so enjoyable. Dr. Gibson was great! They were both so knowledgeable and laid-back. This was my first visit with these two and I made sure I scheduled my next visit with both of them because they made me feel so comfortable. The receptionists were also great! Definitely recommend Maintain Your Smile to anyone who is looking for a new dentist office!

Kelly Hall Gentle is a good description! I had to have two teeth removed. They made sure I was numbed up very well. No pain whatsoever! I was given good instructions and medication to get me through the initial pain. They were great and Ill be going back for my general care.

grace I was a new patient here and I hadnt been in to see a dentist in a bit. I was a bit nervous about the state of my mouth and was nervous about how I would be treated. I am happy to say that from my first visit I was met with warmth and care, and all the visits I have had have gone well. Chelsea was my hygienist and demonstrated excellent levels of care. Dr. Lesly Baños has been exceptional in her treatment. I needed multiple fillings and I could tell that Dr. Baños was dedicated to making sure my bite was not affected. The assisting staff is also really kind and always checking in on you while you wait. Coming to Aspen Dental has alleviated my anxieties because I know the staff are caring. Would definitely recommend this place if youre able to come here.

Debi Meyers Everyone was so nice everytime I went in. There were some scheduling issues on my end a few times and they did an amazing job of accommodating me. They were incredible about controlling my pain and when I had a swollen face from a bad infection they fit me in immediately. I absolutely recommend this location to everyone. I know Aspen has a bad rep, but I’m here to tell you that I truly had the most amazing and gentle experience here.

The new patient exam was not bad at all, and my cleaning was very good. Im very happy with the results with my treatment plan so far. However the staff and overall office vibe is very comfortable and makes you feel like you are in a safe place, and really decreases my anxiety. Daniel Smith My experience was good. Got lower dentures some years ago and were good. Needed a tooth pulled now before vacation and got in next day, got extraction and all was good. Later this summer will go for more extractions and uppers.

ted rinehart Had several issues Issue one was told in my initial interview that I would have the doctor‘s phone number in case anything or problems arose did not get that and yes, I did have to call in the day of my surgery and had to just go with my own because I was not recall back until the next day by a nurse Issue too, Dr indicated that the top teeth would line up the cracks in the top teeth. Would line up with the divide in the teeth so that the teeth would follow as they did. I will post a picture at the bottom which will show that did not happen either. Issue three I was given an appointment to try on the adjusted Dentures to make sure that they fit that they want to go for that. I showed up at the time they told me no I had the wrong time. It was four hours later. I came back four hours later to get that appointment as I had to wait around 40 miles away from my home And what I did bring back was the appointment card showing that I had come in originally at 9 o’clock at the point the time they had originally given me, but they had it wrong so and they told me that I was all wrong when I had the card from them showing that I was corrected with the appointment time Issue for I got my teeth. I needed an adjustment I called in just before four. It must’ve ended at 40 one as they said. I explained that I was going in for back surgery and I’d be in surgery for three hours because due to major back surgery, I needed an adjustment. The girl calls me the next day and says oh I can give you an appointment next Tuesday since I’m gonna have major back surgery. I can’t have it then I need it today. Oh, I didn’t know that when I called you but yet I explained very explicitly when I took and left my message that I was having back surgery and I needed an immediate appointment. Very disappointed with this whole situation. I don’t know how the teeth are gonna work out so far they’re not working out very good Not not a very happy customer. Update. Due to not being happy with upper denture, they made me a new upper denture. It has now been about two weeks of eating with them and i am happy they seem to be working much better than dentures without the posts. Thank you Heather!

jon lindberg I dont understand what some of these negative reviews are about but I didnt have an experience like they did it all. Maybe its not the office and the doctors, maybe its them. I went in on time I made sure my teeth were clean and they got me in and out of there in no time every appointment I had. Ive never had an appointment with a dentist that was that efficient. I went to this office for a checkup and a cleaning and ended up having a cavity filled and another benign filling done within the next week. The doctor was so gentle and agile that I barely felt anything. I thought she and the whole office did a great job for me. Thank you

Teresa Zimmerman I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and I was nervous about the whole process and being put to sleep, but everything went very well! This is also a great place to take children. My daughter has been going since 8 months old (shes now 2) and her pediatrician was shocked we were able to find a place that could get her in so quick and at such a young age. She wanted to know the name of the dentist office so she can refer her other patients there.

Cindy Dyer I had a great experience at 815 Studio Dental. I was a new patient and started with cleaning. The hygienist was great and gentle. Very professional and nice space. Then I needed a crown. I got a quick appointment and Dr. Anthony was attentive responding to my needs, for example when the first shot of pain killer, I guess Novocain, wasn’t enough she added another dose to make sure there was no pain during the procedure. Raven, her assistant, was friendly and very professional getting all the X-rays and prep done. The crown is in and comfortable, back to chewing away. Definitely recommend the entire staff.

Katrina West WOW, what an amazing experience! I finally made the change and found a dental office I love. I am a super nervous patient who has always had anxiety with going to the dentist. I showed up and was greeted by the front desk staff Crystal and Kelli, they were very attentive and helpful. I had returned a request for records to my previous office and they never followed through so they immediately called and got my records. I was then roomed by Lexi the dental assistant and she couldnt have been nicer. I felt very at ease and even better everyone made sure I felt comfortable. Dr Benassi then came in and went over my x-rays since my concern was filling related. He went through all my dental work, made some suggestions as to what he thought needed to be done and why. I then saw Melissa, the hygienist, and I actualy almost fell asleep in the chair. I have had several cleanings, somewhere else, where I went home and felt like my teeth were not properly cleaned, this was not the case this time. My teeth looked amazing and I could not have been happier. The entire staff was knowledgeable, professional, and I felt right at home. Thank you to Dr Benassi and his entire staff, you made my dental experience so much better than I expected.

Michelle A STAY AWAY! The worst customer service. They don’t stand behind what they tell you. And when you try to question it, they ignore your calls. Was told months ago I would get a call back from Sara about my billing.. and I have tried calling back multiple times with a “She will call you back.” She doesn’t call back and when questioned why she won’t return my calls was told “I told her to call you, it’s not my fault she won’t call you back.” And “certain things have presence over another.” The place is decent, until you run into an issue.. dentist and hygienist were good. But customer service up front is horrible.

Angela McCollom I hadnt seen a dentist in a while and was a little nervous. Ive had bad experiences with dentists and orthodontists in the past. I had my cleaning yesterday and fillings today. Well this was a completely different experience. I have absolutely no complaints. The office was nice and clean. Everyone was kind and caring. The dentist was very gentle and would ask if I was doing ok. One of the best experiences Ive had at the dentist. I definitely recommend them!

Charly Ortiz I went in for a cracked tooth my mouth was in pain and inflamed. I get there they have a legit little child at front desk. I went and got seen they did X-ray, she says it a cavity that is hurting my nerve and she cant extract I have to wait for her partner to come back to extract but hes out of country and cant come back until may. The dentist didnt even say this to me. I get told heres a amoxicillin for 7 days and ibuprofen. No regard that Im in pain. Well I ended up in ER being told they should have referred me somewhere else for the extraction! I almost went septic. I cant believe this is what they consider good treatment. The female dentist was rude and didnt seem like she could be bothered

carlie cosentino If I could give 0 stars I would. They saved down a front tooth that wasn’t even broken to match it with my broken tooth the fillings on both teeth popped out within a week. Then I go get them fixed and have to convince them not charge my insurance because they messed up and a week later the fillings have partially come off then a week after that IE this morning I wake up feel my teeth and the filling pops off again. Probably the worst dental office I’ve ever been in and the only reason they have good reviews is because they hand out gift cards.

Cathleen Chandler I was referred to Family Dental Care of Belvidere and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. I had a broken tooth, and they were able to get me in very quickly, which was such a relief. Dr. Yousef was fantastic—his calming demeanor really helped me feel relaxed during the procedure. The only thing I found a bit overwhelming was the number of Glade air fresheners throughout the office. The scent was quite strong, and at times it felt a little hard to breathe. However, the excellent care and service far outweighed this minor inconvenience. I highly recommend Family Dental Care of Belvidere for anyone in need of dental care.

Jake Forney Excellent experience here, if that can be said for a dentist. I’ve had bad and/or rude experiences in the past but here was different. My dentist was extremely accommodating and bumped me up to get my tooth pulled at my first visit - as an emergency. Extremely polite staff, very good work done, and very informative.

MARY FRANCO I went for a cleaning the cleaning took five minutes hurt terribly, and then my mouth pain in the continued to hurt for the next eight weeks but the next two weeks the pain was excruciating. Three days later after the cleaning I have a filling in my front tooth that fell out and they were kind enough to put a temporary on because I showed up as soon as they opened because this is my front tooth. While the doctor and all of his staff are extremely nice, the service was not good at all. Eventually, the filling was replaced on the front tooth. They did not have the composite filling that match my tooth so they gave me choices. Were they hardened a dab of the three colors they had of which none of them match my tooth and then on top of it, it’s just like somebody like looks like put a chunk of food on my tooth. And then I was scheduled to have a filling in a molar replaced, which they did once the numbness wore off again excruciating pain, so the cleaning was not good. They were still plaque on my teeth. My teeth hurt terribly. They were never checked like my previous dentist with the Explorer to check for cavities or anything I don’t like to leave people bad reviews, but my experience was terrible. I ended up having to go to my regular physician to get antibiotics because it felt like every tooth in my mouth now is infected eight weeks later when I still have pain in my mouth.

Front desk, dental assistants and dentist were all kind, professional, and very, VERY exceptional at their jobs. Would highly recommend and Im thankful Im now a client of theirs.
