5 /5 grace: I was a new patient here and I hadnt been in to see a dentist in a bit. I was a bit nervous about the state of my mouth and was nervous about how I would be treated. I am happy to say that from my first visit I was met with warmth and care, and all the visits I have had have gone well. Chelsea was my hygienist and demonstrated excellent levels of care. Dr. Lesly Baños has been exceptional in her treatment. I needed multiple fillings and I could tell that Dr. Baños was dedicated to making sure my bite was not affected. The assisting staff is also really kind and always checking in on you while you wait. Coming to Aspen Dental has alleviated my anxieties because I know the staff are caring. Would definitely recommend this place if youre able to come here.

5 /5 Debi Meyers: Everyone was so nice everytime I went in. There were some scheduling issues on my end a few times and they did an amazing job of accommodating me. They were incredible about controlling my pain and when I had a swollen face from a bad infection they fit me in immediately. I absolutely recommend this location to everyone. I know Aspen has a bad rep, but I’m here to tell you that I truly had the most amazing and gentle experience here.

5 /5 Corey M. Grant: All of the staff were really nice. The dentist and hygienist were very open with me about my dental hygiene. The dental assistant was also very nice and helped wherever she could. The new patient exam was not bad at all, and my cleaning was very good. Im very happy with the results with my treatment plan so far. The consultation was very easy, and I got my care established at Aspen.

5 /5 Ronald Agee: Great staff. Very friendly would highly recommend. The dr i seen today was very gentile with me as I had just had teeth by another place. They do instant healing dentures I will have to wait about two weeks for mine but if they had been in the loop of my tooth extraction appointments then they would have had them made for me to pick up the day all my teeth were removed so Id have a smile instead already

3 /5 Debbe Noonan: The dentist and staff is really nice. I probably would have given them 5 stars, however, if you are in a hurry for dentures dont expect this to be fast and easy. 3 weeks for a bottom plate seems a little unreasonable. They advertise "Get a better-fitting denture in as fast as a day with our onsite labs." If I had known how long it would have actually of taken, I would have probably have shopped around. Patience is not my strongest virtue.

OSF Saint Clare Medical Center - Princeton Amber Malo: Absolutely upset. Worst visit Ive ever encountered. I was told to go home and take a COVID test. When I came in with issues swallowing. I requested an ultrasound on my neck and thyroid and was told they cant do that. They then proceeded with an xray machine that had nothing to do with my throat. Yes my BP was high but my BP was never taken again the cuff was left off of me. Im so upset. Im still having issues I dont trust going back to be billed an outrageous bill that had nothing pertaining to my problem

Princeton Dental Care Ltd - Princeton Catie Donelson: Fantastic office! Dr. Monzon was very patient with my daughter and he explained everything he did for her so she would not be nervous. She left the dentist office smiling and asking to go back again! He even allowed her to “help” him as he cleaned my teeth. He is very attentive and listens to everything we had to say. He explained everything he did as he worked and made us all feel very comfortable!

Both Dr. Mueller and her staff were very friendly and compassionate. Dr. explained the x-ray results and options thoroughly. I highly recommend this practice!
